I had the worst experience in the store a customer was arguing with me because I asked for the manager because there was only one cashier and the lady had a basket full of groceries from shopping at family Dollar after waiting in line for over 15 minutes I asked for a manager to see if they can get another cashier out and the lady who was holding up the line with all her groceries or stuff she was buying decided to get into a argument with me after she left the store she still was yelling when I finally got my stuff paid for she was waiting in the parking lot and I did not want to go out but the manager at family Dollar insisted that I leave the store instead of waiting for them to leave at that time I had to contact the police regarding that situation to avoid a situation

I shop at the Family Dollar on N.W. 46 St & 27 Ave quite often. I love it there. Its never crowed..the aisles are uncluttered and its easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is very friendly and i really like that.

Its early in the morning and the clothes are unorganized. Its quiet just a 3 to 4 people. The cashier male had in and out.

Worse family dollar I have ever been too. Customer service is so bad here. I'm not one of those rude customers so to get treated the way that cashier treated me, they deserve bad ratings. Lines were backed up as usual. Finally about 20 mins later a girl comes up. She's engaged in conversation with her Co worker the entire time. I had a small basket of things. I would think these people would at least clean the register off when they open it. I attempted to pass the girl my basket of nomore than 4 items. Instead of tidying up the register she catches an attitude and says you gon have to pass me the stuff. I wouldn't be mad had she got the inventory off the register blocking the customers way to take there items out of their carts and put them on the register for her to scan. However I won't be returning to that family dollar and I will advise anyone I know not to go there as well. Get your customer service up a few levels ladies. I thought this was explained in the Job field.

Love to shop at THIS Family dollar.Its a joy shopping here. Aisles are always clear and always well stocked. Dislike the parking lot though (very cramped). I usually dislike shopping at most Family Dollars due to the fact that there is ALWAYS stocking going on...horrible messes! I walk in & walk out, but at THIS Family Dollar something is being done right. LOVE to shop here.
