BAD RETURN POLICY and CUSTOMER SERVICE Terrible customer service! I received at home a pair sandals that were used. The total purchased price was $61.99 and I was only reimbursed for $53.48. The difference represented shipping and I was not reimbursed, which is ridiculous. I returned an item that was dirty on the bottom and inside, not my fault. Of course the entire corporation didn’t have the item in its system for me to have a replacement. The manager refused to call corporate to obtain the full refund of $61.99 and it was obvious that he could have assisted because the Weschester store was empty.

Karla was extremely rude to us She yelled at me from across the store saying “ if you don’t hurry up I’m going to close register and you will have to buy your shoes tomorrow because I am not going to wait for you” I understand that they were about to close but there is no need to yell and refuse service after the store closes, we were inside for about 15 minutes before closing time. It’s extremely uncalled for. Rather than being rude she should have tried to help us. Props to Andy for providing excellent service. He should be the manager instead of Karla, he was very respectful and polite. Unlike Karla.

Very good selection at fairly good rage not the most modern shoes but you can get decent selection if you shop around and look for the things you want service is moderate considering that in the evenings they only have one staff doing to register and working the floor so be patient And give them time shoes are fairly easy to look for the right underneath the sample most of the time you can get a good bargain for a good pair or sneakers

I'm a frequent shopper here. It's my go to place for new shoes for myself or anyone else. The staff was decent. Wasn't greeted at all and the store is a bit out of order. Whenever I would find a shoe I liked I'd find the size but it would end up being a completely different style in the boxes below. It was a bit frustrating and once I found the one I wanted they were the wrong size on one of the shoes.

Good selection but SLOW SLOW SLOW. The people running the line when I went had nothing but time on their hands; the average transaction took 10 minutes. It was painfully slow. Miami is a slow town to begin with, but this was too much. Speed it up!

They really should consider hiring more people one young man with 45 people I had to get my own boxes put everything away myself because he was too busy would 1 person I literally saw people walk in and walk right out
