My family and I have shopped at Home Depot for years. I am very saddened by some of the employees that they currently have. I experienced HORRIBLE customer service. I spoke to one employee asking him his name and his response was “that’s not important”.. I later found out is name was Andre. Shame on you Home Depot for hiring rude and incompetent workers!

Hellooo!!! I dont know what it is wrong with the people who work here but could get better and learn a bit of customer service. I have been coming to this location for sixteen years and counting. I couldnt find the paper toilet holder I was looking for... Still like to see mans stuff... Tool, hardware, accessories, and more...

I love the Home Depot alot like I really do. But as much as I love it I have to be completely honest about this location. Its bad, I mean like seriously bad. Every way that if you had your own business, you wouldn’t want it to be, this store is that. On some they should fire everyone from the top to bottom and start over. I’ll never on my dead family members ever spend a dollar at this location again in my life.

Total disrespect from Home Depot employee. I had a problem with a Home Depot employee named "Jose" in your North Miami store who makes copies of keys. My mother, who is Hispanic, commented to him in Spanish (making small talk while he copied my key) about inflation and how prices have gone up, and he said to her, in Spanish "Stop complaining, and if you don't like it here, then go back to your country." What utter disrespect for an elderly woman, for a lady, and for a customer in general!! She was simply commenting on something everyone talks about everyday, and he had the audacity to tell her to "go back to her country?" Please train your employees to refrain from being "political". Completely unacceptable. This employee needs to be trained to RESPECT Home Depot's customers, Lord knows we spend a lot of time and money there.

I bought Sunday December 19th, 2021 premixed thinset. It contained not only a moldy mix inside, but it stank as well. I am very concerned about it. Last thing we need on top of Covid-19 is mold in our lungs. Home Depot, delivering value and hazardous, dangerous and decomposed construction materials. Now is the cost added to return to the store, do a line to return the product, and buy it again somewhere else. If I could rate negative stars, I will be happy to do so. Outstanding job in shattering whatever little trust I had in this Store/company.

Came to buy last items I needed to finish my balcony project at home and wandering around the store found this beautiful banner! how cool this is in a place like Home Depot! Not being a handywoman but still wanting to do repairs and remodeling by myself, it’s great to see support for women doing these kind of jobs. I don’t think I’m the only woman that has felt uncomfortable in a place where men are majority and some contractors look at you like you don’t know what you’re doing 😒 Would love to see more of this around other departments ♥️

This is a very busy location but the employees are always willing to help you find what you need. The garden center has a decent selection of flowers, trees, and supplies. The store is well organized to cope with the large volumes of shoppers.

Went to this Home Depot to pick up a couple pieces of wood. They had 1x6x8 ft long tongue and groove on clearance for one cent. I picked up the last badly damaged construction grade tongue and groove. At the register since there was no tag attached she pulled it up on her screen and it showed that it was one cent on clearance. When a manager came over he went back to his computer to get a different barcode and they charged me $11 for the damaged piece of wood. I will try to avoid Home depots in the future based on this type of customer service. Complete Construction - Richard Reineke
