This place smells like the generation it attracts. Everything is the same, boring, repeat, "WPS". It feels stuffy and cramped with all the CEILING HIGH walls they have to confuse you from where the exits are. It's a high priced labyrinth of boring clothing in a strange smelling store.

The store is a mess looks like a flea market I asked someone where the lingerie department was she did not know what lingerie meant I had to educate her on the definition of lingerie nor did she understand or speak English too well. She should not have been hired and JCPenney is at fault and I love when they point to where you might have to go to poor customer service and inferior quality of clothing won't go there anymore

JcPenny is located in the Paddock Mall hear in Ocala its considered a department store . Great shopping for young Boys and girls shopping for back to school clothes. They also have a good line on the home like custom Drapes , Bedding , and kitchen utensils pots & pans . There known for there great sales . I recently purchased great bath towels at 7.00 dollars each. Best bargain in town and the quality 👌 amazeing.

Love JCP ALWAYS!! Need more coupons, and better reward system. New owner, always have been great sales and prices. I love you can call customer service and order via phone and pick up I drive through it is absolutely awesome ordering for gifts to another state. Loyal JCP Customer ❤️

I love shopping at JCPenneys. They always have wonderful deals on clothes, shoes, purses and jewelry. I bought new towel sets and rugs for the bathrooms. I also purchased XL indoor grill, it works great, super easy clean up. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
