I recently purchased a new mattress from this store. I tried the demo unit in the store and it was great. I looked on Amazon before I purchased and saw that it was $150 cheaper, plus there was no $180 delivery fee with Amazon. I told the sales associate (who happened to be the manager) that I couldn't just pay the extra $330 when Amazon would deliver the exact same product to my door. I was told by the Manager that he could match the price and it was a mattress in a box, so I could pick it up for free. That if I bought it from Amazon and there was a problem it would be such a headache to return it to Amazon, and if I bought from them, he assured me I would not have any such problems, and could bring it back. So I bought from this store. Opened the box, let it expand for a day, and started using it. The mattress did not feel like the one in the store. It was worse. I tried to chalk it up to being new and needed to be broke in. For 3 weeks, it got more and more uncomfortable. By the 4th week my wife was having severe back issues from this mattress. It was a new mattress, but each spring dug into you after only 1 month. So I called the store to see what we could do. Exchange it, return it, get credit and buy something different. I was told that I was out of luck. That unless there was a Visible manufacturing defect that they could not help me. I reminded them that I was told something completely different during my initial visit to the store. The best that they could offer me was selling me something else at "a really great price" Why would I buy another product from you, when my initial purchase went so horribly? So now I am buying something from Amazon, where if there is an issue, they will fix it for 100 days. EDIT: In response to the Merchant's response..... Saying "reach out and we will work something out" is lip service and trying to save face. I did not post this review until after calling and consulting 3 times. Bottom line, you lied, and refused to fix it after you were caught in a lie. And nothing will change that.

I have not purchased from here... yet. That being said, I have met and spent some time with the owner. Matt is a straight forward, honest person that I would be pleased to do business with. A good heart and Christ- centered faith that no doubt effects everything he does and says. I will update this review once I've made a purchase, but I only expect it will get better. If you're looking for quality bedding and furniture AND someone to do honest business with, this is a place you should visit. Come and see what they've got, you won't be dissatisfied with the service.

***Deleted my previous comment and added a couple extra stars since Adam was able to escalate my issue and resolve it. Update: Although my previous issue was resolved (refund issued), I am still waiting on a sleeper sofa I have had on order for 7 months. Had I ordered the same sofa direct through Ashley Furniture, I would have received it in 8 weeks tops. I have been getting the run-around on a delivery timeframe and the dates keep getting pushed further and further back. I can't help but feel my order got pushed to the bottom of the list out of spite over my voicing my frustrations with my prior order. When I called a month ago I was told it may be in the back... Then they came back on the line and said it'll be in within a week... still nothing. I knew it would be a long wait, but this is getting really ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and buy direct, even if it cost a little more. I have had a handful of other furniture I ordered from other companies much more recently that have come in in far less time, including direct through Ashley. Leaving 3 stars only because the staff has been courteous and apologetic over the phone, despite how they may really feel. An accurate and truthful update would be appreciated.

We drove over an hour to look at a sectional and so glad we did. Can't say enough about Fernando and Noah. Fernando was super helpful, kind and patient! He helped us make a good decision on a new sectional that will be delivered just 3 days from purchase, which is unheard of in todays climate! Very friendly and courteous staff. No pressure to buy. We found what we liked, and it was delivered the next day. Deliver was for later in the afternoon and they showed up earlier than expected. Very happy with our purchase. Cannot thank you guys enough. I highly recommend to anyone.

It is unfortunate I have to write this review. I liked and trusted this staff very much when I purchased over $5,000 in furniture on April 15, 2019. I wasn't sure the items would work in my home, but was promised a "10 night guarantee" by the owner, Matt, in front of my salesman, Mike, as a witness. The furniture was delivered on April 20th and my experience with the delivery/installers was fantastic. I had not moved in the house yet, so when I finally did on April 27th, I called the store to let them know that some items were not going to work and needed to be exchanged or returned. The mattress does not work with the adjustable bed as they promised it would. It's not foam so it does not bend with the frame as it should making this nearly $3,000 purchase a complete waste and dangerous for my little kids to roll off. See picture below. Also, the bed chosen for my kids did not fit in their room and has a design flaw which is not great for my kids safety and I just wanted to return or exchange for something else. The items were all brand new and unused and I was promised it would be no problem if anything didn't work out. On April 29th, Mike called me back to verify my purchase information and said Matt (the owner) would call me right back. However, Matt did not call back. I had to call 3 more times to eventually catch him at the store and he did told me he would personally call me right back and everything would be taken care of. I waited patiently for several days again with no response and finally started calling them again. This time Mike changed his tone from the friendly salesman and stated that their receipts say all sales were final or that there would be a 30% restocking fee. I reminded him that the owner promised a 10 Night guarantee and had already told me he would take care of it. Mike responded that Matt is known to make different deals with different people, but he is the owner so he could do whatever he wants. I may have been agreeable to a reasonable restocking fee, but again no one called me back. I've waited patiently for almost a month now including over 5 phone calls and texts with the result so far being these guys are simply not keeping their word. I called again, this time Mike said that Matt was going through some personal issues and promised they would get back to me. That was over a week ago and it's time to realize the sad truth that they have blown me off despite my cordial and reasonable requests and their promises. I'm a small business owner as well and understand that things happen and we all get busy, but they did not treat me this way in person when I spent over $5,000. I value consistency and honesty in a business and this has been far from it. I have all my notes, dates, call logs and facts necessary and am simply requesting that this company do what we all agreed on. I was more than willing to be reasonable and flexible on returning or exchanging the items, but at this point I feel I'm being forced to take public and legal action to encourage these guys to to keep their word. This has been a stressful situation and attorney fees might be necessary going forward, but I will do what I have to do to protect the integrity of our agreement. My family has spent over $10,000 with this store this year alone and I have referred several people to them in the past. I thought they were good people. That's what makes this so unfortunate. The 2 stars are because I did like them and still have some hope they may come around. It's possibly they just keep forgetting or have some circumstances taking priority, but so far our agreement and their words have not been taken seriously. **edited to 1 star based on the reply that I call you AGAIN. I have called over 5 times and spoken to everyone there. You know my number.
