06/27/22 I attempted to buy a pizza for a homeless man and woman with my reward points.. Being the first time I have ever tried to use my reward points. I asked for advice by the store clerk "J". He laughed in my face and told me to grab the pizza from the cold box! I REALLY was surprised by his demeanor, especially because I told him before hand that I wanted the pizza for the homeless! I LEFT AND GAVE THEM CASH TO BUY FOOD FROM ANYWHERE ELSE! PLUS HE CALLED THE COPS, A FHP OFFICER PULLED UP SOON AFTER, AND LEFT!

We walked to the store to buy two packs of cigarettes which they still haven't had our brand in over a week. As we proceeded to check out we had quarters already counted out and two dollar bills to pay. The cashier started yelling at my mother in law telling her they do not accept change/quarters which is still money but told her he would only take the dollar bills. What kind of gas station doesn't except money as payment. He was also extremely rude to her. Get some new employees.

The over enthusiastic guy who refuse to check to see if he has a cartoon of my cigarettes (parliament ultra lights). Every other employee at the least opens the drawers to show me what they have. This man just laughs with an intoxicated tone that they don’t have them. He won’t even humor me and look. I ask him his name and he says “no I don’t have to tell you that.” It’s irritating, because I buy cartons there all the time but with him I feel like he has the power because I’m not about to go around the counter and check the drawers. Every other employee who says we don’t have them at least open the draws and sometimes bam it’s right there.

Truly a unprofessional establishment. This past Friday I went there to play the mega millions and there was a clerk walking around with no mask and CLEARLY SICK! He was sneezing, coughing, and wiping his nose. With everything going on why would the owner allow this person to come to work. He is within his right to not wear a mask but under the circumstances stay home if your sick!

This storage is terrible and the manager is Unrespect full,he is so mean and he treat woman like a trash don’t spend your money there !the pumps are terrible !!don’t loose your day and your time with this trash storage!!:)

Not very professional management doesn’t wear uniforms. No water refills available. No Pannobono available here as well. Just glade store was clean and all the lights work.

This is the laziest seven elven around. I would like to give it a zero. A lady that works said the lotto is closed. I just went across the street to Circle K and got a lottery ticket. This was not the first time either. Either train your employees better or just close that seven eleven.

STORE MANAGER Was Here to get a Money Order Western Union have checked out overall 7-11 Policy on These Money Orders Suppissed to be 24 hours Your Employee Said because its Late she cant sell me One or She Will be Fired by YOU!,,,,,,,, Sounnds Like an Excuse To Me!!! She claims She can only Have so much Money I told her Well Doesnt She just "Drop" The Money i give Her for Money order. If She Full of It??? And if Not Then has a Manager You are Un-Willing to Provide The Service So just Throw Out Your Western Union Machine and Stop Pretending to Provide That Service !!!
