Been going to this place for years! I have never been disappointed with my car wash. I love that they have free vacuum and mat cleaning afterwork. I have joined the monthly program and it was such a good choice!

1st time it was a test drive, overall it was a great work. I used them a second time just to confirm and the results were the same! No complaints from me, and the staff were so helpful and didn’t rush me but knowledge me of the services! Services: Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming

Do not go there, i cant see how in the hell they get 4.4 of 5 stars. You need to higher mature caring adults and not that huge group of millinials. The three i delt with where dismissive, out to have fun and you were the clown, not them. You have a young fella there that gives you a fake name of Adam and hangs up on you after the first call, professionalism shining. Your vaccums were not working but 2 so the staff gets upset that i moved a red barrel to get to the remaining working vaccum, i turned it on free vac and it suctioned nothing. Never returning, sticking to washing my car at the same place i always go. They were closed today. Mr.owner do not follow up text, ive seen what i had to see and you know what you have hired. Just not a customer...a million thanks.

About 3 months ago I decided to visit for the first time, I own a Hyundai Veloster I never trusted machine wash I usually just washed by hand, I selected the most expensive wash about $16-$18 dollar’s my car was not just still dirty the machine broke my front bumper notice right away when I park at the free vacuum area, walked inside with my daughter looking for an employee to report the incident, employee comes out with me while walking towards the vehicle without looking at the damage he was already saying that is impossible for the machine to broken my bumper I ask him to please come and take a look before you judge, we get to the car I showing he says “do you know that we have cameras” in case your making this up, I was offended but I kept my calm and reply that’s amazing can you get your manager out here so can review to footage, Manager: Will comes out apparently he review the footage looks at the damage agrees with me says that it has happened before that he will called tech to adjust tire brush, pulled out a notebook took all my information and hand me a business card to Precision Auto Body and told me to ask for Mike or Harold. I decided to come by precision on my day off they took all my information he said I will call the car wash to authorize the purchase of a new front bumper and then I’ll call you to install after we receive and paint. I repeatedly call Precision they say they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the car wash, here I am over 3 months waiting with a broken bumper. Very disappointed I thought this company was more responsible and attentive with their customer, to be my first time I was hoping for a better experience and better outcome hope everyone that comes here the best and hopefully not my type of experience…..

For $250 they cleaned my Explorer so good it looked like I never had 2 kids in the car, which says a lot. Give them 4-5 hours and you will be amazed.

First and last time coming. I don’t know if a car bumped my back which SHOULDNT Happen. Or if the machines took my paint off. My car isn’t even a year old.

Absolutely garbage place and I can see you running out of customers very soon. Well is already happening today was the last day me going there. 13 dollars car wash and the car still all dirty. You just praying water and not soap what ripped off you should be ashamed. Are you that broke to provide enough soap in that water? I've using the new car wash at semoran Blvd.

Big Red’s Car Wash used to be the spot I would go to since I’m close by, but since new management it went downhill. The workers there are constantly pushing to get the membership, which is very annoying. On top of that, the quality of the car wash is terrible. I got the expensive car wash “The Works”, and my rims are still dirty.All the employees are inside chatting or on their phone.There is no one outside to guide you, and to watch the vacuums. While I was there, a car just came in without paying for service and used it. I will not be coming back to this car wash. I rather drive all the way to Waterford lakes to use another company.

An okay car wash . First time ever got the most expensive membership for free thanks to their promotion to check it out since I moved and I can’t go to Floris car wash since it’s too far. I strongly believe they should have a staff at the entrance of the car wash with a small pressure wash gun and a car brush to this the spots the machine can’t and also train the staff to provide instructions not just rush everyone out . I was even asked to drive forward while on the roller . I’ll give it q second chance next time to see if gets better when isn’t busy but . No towels , no staff for the hard spots on your car , not strong vacuums can be sort of a turn off when I got all of that from a different place which is now 20 minutes away for the same exact price Edit: tried again this place isn’t gonna get any better but at least the staff didn’t asked me to drive thru the machine this time . I’ll be driving my 15 minutes back to floris . Mostly by the owners answer to the negative reviews is a pretty big picture as of what to expect

After purchasing a monthly membership and running my vehicle through their car wash I started noticing nicks in my paint job on just the driver side after the second time going through the wash I said something to the employees figuring they would check into it. I ran my vehicle through it again (hoping they checked into complaint and fixed issue) and even more Knicks were added to the ones already there when I reached out to the company they told me it wasn’t possible because it would happen to all the cars then they don’t know that it’s not happening to all the cars because not everyone speaks up I have photos of my vehicle before I started using big reds car wash I just purchased a vehicle a month ago
