I have to say the staff is amazing. They take such pride is their job and I love to see the passion they have. Their attention to detail shows in the car wash. They have a line because they busy. Don’t skip the service, they stop to clean from bumper to bumper of your car. They was by hand the glass and get under the wheel wells. Thank you guys!!!!! 😘

The team was great and they left my car spotless and shiny, but Lee went the extra mile when taking care of my car. I was very happy with his service, the way that he took care of things and focusing on the details to make it a wonderful experience. I ordered a full service cleaning in my car because we just came back from the beach and they did an outstanding job putting it together and making it nice and smelling great! Keep up the good work! I've been bringing my vehicles to this location ever since they opened. So we decided to get the monthly subscription. It's pretty easy to enroll just pull up and select the membership you wish to get and the camera scans your tag, pay and you're good to go. Service is always great and full service is good too. They usually walk you around your vehicle to see if you see anything that was missed. If you wish to tip remember to bring cash. Full service does take time especially on busy days but this location is great because there's a wawa right there to grab something while you wait.

Simply put, Sweetwater Car Wash Millenia wasn't good. Mister Mister is better. More important Sweetwater detailers steal your valuables :( Sweetwater on Turkey Lake in Dr.Phillips won't compensate me for the $350 watch "E" took out of my car on 4/27/22 during detailing. Sweetwater management claims he threw it away. Sherriff's office involved. Court case may have to be be next. This business does not stand behind legitimate customer claims but MUST. Here are details why - The items referred to as "trash" and thrown away by "E" were: a new blue plastic glasses case, 2 clean small plastic glasses and a new mailing envelope containing the watch. - The items are visible on the video at the 1:17:05 mark and do not look at all like trash. I saw the video and calling these items trash is a lie. I asked Managers Jesus and Rachael to change the text on the video tape calling the items trash to "envelop with watch". - Also the weight of the watch should have been noticible to E as he carried it. Maybe it was. - I asked Tyler the Manager on duty later at 5:55pm to please go to the trash bin also visible in the surveilance video to get the items but he said it was already picked up. He made no other effort to track them down. - The watch was a Citizen model BL5250-02L. I gave Rachael and Jesus this info when I watched the video. - The watch was under the driver seat out of sight and out of the way since I was heading to Celebration Jewelers right after my detailing to have the calendar reset. - I gave Tyler 3 names of people and their phone numbers who knew the watch was in my car. One of them was the Jeweler whom I had been working with. Sweetwater has not called to verify. - What else can I do and should I have to do to "prove" the watch existed? - What was stopping a team member from locating the watch after hours and keeping it? - This is key: Tyler, Jesus and Rachael all said Sweetwater employees are forbidden to remove items from cars during detailing or otherwise. So this just shouldn't have even happened and Sweetwater only wants to discredit me and run. - A customer at the Millenia Sweetwater complained in a review recently that the detailing staff stole her Rayban sunglasses. Don't go to any of their locations. Thank you Sweetwater in advance for resolving this case now.

Worst car washing I ever had. Not worth the time and dime. We paid for the full interior service and they didn't even removed the rugs to vaccum under it. When we brought it up to their attention, the supervisor started to curse the other team members and create a scene worth on an Oscar. Would definitely not recommend. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

$26 for a drive thru car wash that doesn’t even clean nor dry your car good and after that you have to vacuum it out yourself on blacktop with no covering overhead. I gone thru puddles that have cleaned my car better. I use more water to rinse out a cup than they use per car. These automated car washes are only out for volume not a bit concerned about the quality your getting. I sure do miss the old do it yourself bay washes they are getting harder and harder to find. Save your money don’t spend it here.

I came to sweetwater car wash for the first time and Jimmy one of the car wash guy really took him time out to help me get some deep stains off my car. 10/10 recommended. I will be coming back here

The location was very busy on a Saturday afternoon as expected. The car wash machine seem to work as expected as well but when drying the car I noticed that they were parts that were not cleaned properly. The area for you to use the vacuums uses a code giving you 10 minutes of use more than enough time for me because my car was pretty clean but the power on the vacuum was lacking and the space given to the users of the vacuums is limited so be careful not to scratch other people's cars where you can end up in a big problem. Felt guilty about not giving tip but then when I saw the work I got for them to scrub off the bugs and they didn't that guilt dissipated real quickly. I will go back to Mister car Wash Service: Vacuuming

So this is my go to spot to get my car cleaned inside and out.. But this visit I'm not as happy. Visited on Nov 28 and paid for the full service but didn't get it. Yes the outside of my car was clean but the inside was only half cleaned. The back seat didn't even looked to be wiped down, back seat doors were all dusty as well. Front seats looked done but the console was still dusty. Had to go home and finish the job.
