Mr. Tee is the epitome of outstanding service! He always greets me with a smile from ear to ear! And he knows my car's needs by heart. He suggests things that I had no idea I even needed. My car has honestly never looked so good, now I have to keep it up. But with Mr. Tee recommending the monthly membership I have nothing to worry about. The car wash seems to be a well-oiled machine when he is there. He sets the tone and The vibes. I won't be surprised if he will be the owner by the next time I see him. Service: Auto detailing

I highly recommend Sparkling Image Car Wash . I bought one of their unlimited plans so I am there often. The whole team is professional, courteous, and of course hard working. However one of the staff really stands out, Brady Keys. Mr. Keys is one of the customer service reps who greets you when you first arrive. Don't get me wrong they are all good, he just shines (pun intended) above the rest. He is always smiling and in a good mood no matter how busy they are or what the weather conditions. He is very knowledgeable and always helps be get the best deal on the services they provide. If I come on his day off, I almost feel as I did not get the whole "Shiners Experience". In fact they should put his name on the sign because to me he is the face of the business. If more business provided his level of customer service the would all profit more. They don't allow tip via card so if you do not have cash you are unable to tip which is just unfair to the employees doing the detailing. They did not clean inside the center console where a drink was spilt and really needed cleaning or the side door pockets. They also sprayed cleaner on my large speaker and didn't even try to wipe it off!

I went to get my car washed by this full-service car wash and paid for the full service sparkling shine. I arrived at 4:35pm and sat for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. There were only two other cars there - one was there when I pulled up (and was done being charged) and the second came in after me. Once I paid, my car was then vacuumed by one person at the slowest rate I've ever seen anyone work. The employees were distracted by discussion with each other and were not expeditious in their work at all. Now, you would think that would mean your car would be spotless when you got it back, but there were water droplets still left on the windshield, the tires weren't sealed, my plastic car mats were put back in the car wet with soap running down them on the back side and my back window was never even touched. I left at 5:05pm because I had a meeting at 5:15pm that I needed to attend. A full-service car wash should never take 30 minutes to complete. The reason I am giving this car wash 3-stars though, rather than a lower rating, is because I went there with the sole purpose of getting the interior of my car vacuumed and the interior of my windshield cleaned - both of which were completed in the 30 minutes I was present. 7/12/2022 UPDATE: I decided to give them another chance after 9 months. They continue to struggle with vacuuming. I purchased a full detail as I had a good amount of sand from the beach in the car. When I arrived I told a girl I’m the vacuum area to please let them know that I needed thorough vacuuming, twice. She said not a problem. When my car was done (within 20 minutes) I checked it and there was still sand EVERYWHERE. I pointed it out and they said it would get re-done. The next person “taking care of this” seemed annoyed at having to do it. I had to point out all the areas that were visibly still sandy. When I got home I had to finish areas with my dyson. I shouldn’t have to do that after I paid and STILL tipped. Added some photos but there was much more, I had already taken care of half of it myself before realizing to take pictures. I WILL NOT be back here anymore now. Apparently no one wants to do their job correctly. 10/2021 I purchased a full detail of my car to have my seats shampooed. One of the seats had some white residue on it that wasn’t fully taken off, but not a huge deal since I had just purchased seat covers to put over them. I noticed however that my carpets were barely vacuumed. I came back two days later and they said they would re-vacuum for me. When my car was “ready” I take a look and it looks like they did nothing. It looks like they’re not even removing the carpets to vacuum underneath. I pointed it out and was given an annoyed stare for doing so. I paid for a full detail and on top of that tipped generously the original person who worked on my car the first time around. So I’m expecting to have my car cleaned in the correct manner. Now I am waiting again for the vacuum to get done. I’m hoping it’s done correctly this third time around, but I’m a little disappointed I’ve wasted time out of my day here outside of my first visit when it could have been done correctly the first time around.

I have been coming here for the last 8 years for oil change of all my cars because on top of the good service, they used to offer full Free Car Wash with it. Today, they have lost a loyal customer because now, car wash comes with an exception: exterior only! and if you want the vacuum is extra (as never before) there's an extra $14.95 on top of the oil change. So, it cost you more than $14.95 to loose a loyal customer from now on. Not a good deal anymore, even though your competition is $10 more but closer to my home, I'm done here. Hope you think about this not so clever way to stay in business, hurting your customers budget. Thank you!

I went in for a simple car wash, vacuum and dust. It was very quick and convenient. They did a great job on the exterior. Could've done better on the interior. I would go back, especially if I needed an oil change as well.
