The food was not good. The bread was barely toasted, The lettuce was soggy and the steak and cheese had no cheese. I worked at a FHS for 14 years and was really excited to visit an area where there was one near me on vacation as there isn't one near me now. We spent $140 and it was really disappointing.

Ordered a kids meal and the order was missing a milk and chips. Firehouse Subs packed the order WRONG and couldn’t offer anything to recoup the lost. I will NEVER eat at a firehouse subs again.

Evertime i come to this establishment I'm welcomed by the biggest smiles and gestures. My food is always cooked & made perfectly. The place is clean and they have brownies that are addicting. Coming to this location makes a big difference in treatment at all firehouse restaurants. You will become a regular. Great place to eat. The manager Sean seems to be very experienced in his role as management. I would add photos but I devoured my food already. Night staff is equally wonderful and accommodating

The guys that work here are loud and obnoxious but sneak in the “hey welcome to firehouse” and some polite banter - the whole time I was waiting on my food these guys were yelling and hollering without masks on all over customers food probably spitting while they yelled. Whoever the MOD is needs to hire some employees that know how to enjoy their job but work without ruining the environment. I’m a former employee and we never acted unprofessional like these jokers they have now.

My family eats at Firehouse occasionally and the subs are usually great. We experienced a issue the other night and Annie took great care of us. Great customer service and good food! Highly recommend

Great service...Ordered my sub a special way and it was perfect. Food was very good. Employees were very nice and attentive. Restaurant appeared very clean and I saw an employee cleaning while we were there. Will be back...
