8 Best sandwich shop in Orlando, Florida (FL) 2024

Just ordered a burger with fries an hour ago.. i order a bacon cheese burger with lettuce pickles and onions… why did i just notice after taking a few bites that i only have just bacon and cheese on the when the order tickets clearly says “PICKLES ONIONS AND LETTUCE” My cheese was also very nasty and old cheese tasting… also my fries were so stale and soggy i threw them out the window… when i saw literally them making FRESH fries right in front of me while waiting to pick up my order. Probably my last time coming here to order food. plus i had asked an associate on why my gas app (to get 15¢ off the gas) was not working properly and she pretty much told me to “go ask that guy bc he was a manager” so your telling me you can’t help me bc a FORMER manager can help but you can’t?? i didn’t have time to wait and get out of line just to ask a guy who was sweeping a question when she could it just called him to the register. Absolutely trash service here. ~Bree

Horrible!! This is a $6 bowl with Mac & Cheese, with mashed potatoes. As u can see my mashed potatoes and under my Mac and cheese. I pointed this out to night shift lead and he did absolutely NOTHING about this!! Also Vivian is very RUDE to customers. I waited over 24 minutes for this! There was also a problem with sour cream not on the menu for us to order with our quesadilla so I asked and was told it’s .25 a packet which isn’t a problem. I was told to go have the cashier ring me up for it and the poor cashier had NO clue how to ring it up!! Completely unacceptable, as a visitor of this Wawa I recommend NO one to spend a penny there! ~kathy

Great staff! Great mgmt!, I'm handicapped with one leg they are always on point with making sure I'm helped. Food is great and so are the smiling faces!! ~Elizabeth

The food was not good. The bread was barely toasted, The lettuce was soggy and the steak and cheese had no cheese. I worked at a FHS for 14 years and was really excited to visit an area where there was one near me on vacation as there isn't one near me now. We spent $140 and it was really disappointing. ~shannan

Terrible. 4 people working in the store with 2 customers and it took 15 minutes to make a kid's meal. Moreover, they made the sandwich HOT! Who the hell makes a hot sandwich for a child?!? The cheese burned my tongue even when I tried it! 🤬 They also asked if we wanted a Rice Krispie treat or chips with it, and when we said chips, they tacked on an extra dollar to the order! Why offer a substitute item if there is an upcharge without letting the customer know?!? We WILL NOT be going there again!!! ~Francis

I ordered THE MONSTER! I got a weak wimp! Sandwich was so dry & disappointing! I won’t ever get this sandwich again, I was left not afraid & lost with this beast, my only fear was choking to death from the dryness! 😂 Service was great & everyone was friendly enough! I am happy to see this local is still open. It’s a different building, but I came to this location as a teen, I haven’t been to this location in over 20+yrs! ~John

Found Art’s on google and had to try it based on other reviews. It did not disappoint! My husband and i did the famous cheese steaks and they were fabulous. Everything is made in house and fresh. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back when we are in town next! ~Hannah

I love this place. My parents use to us as kids in the 90's I remember when the inside was open. They have been a family favorite since as long as I can remember. They may not remember me from way back then but they know me now and always are so kind subs are great if you like cheese steak subs you must try theirs it's so different then others and so good. I hope the owners know just how loved and appreciated they are. ~Jessica
