I love this place. My parents use to us as kids in the 90's I remember when the inside was open. They have been a family favorite since as long as I can remember. They may not remember me from way back then but they know me now and always are so kind subs are great if you like cheese steak subs you must try theirs it's so different then others and so good. I hope the owners know just how loved and appreciated they are.

I love this place!!!! There Chico steak sub is delicious especially with extra banana peppers. Bread is so soft that its ridiculous. Its not your typical cheesesteak sub but its not suppose to be its a Chico Steak Sub. Also I have to have my sweet tea whenever I get my sub.

TRASH…… if you’re looking for a real steak sub don’t go here. Their menu says steak sub but it’s actually ground beef, only comes with cheese banana peppers and mayo. No onions no bell peppers, just ground beef for 8 dollars. Hands down the worst plate I’ve eaten at in Orlando. Just spend the extra and go to Firehouse.

First time experiencing this place, and since I consider myself a connoisseur of cheese steak subs, I was really looking forward to this. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. It was some very plain tasting ground beef chopped up finely, and it was supposed to have some mayonnaise and cheese. Never found the cheese it was one of the plainest most tasteless subs I have ever had. The only good thing about it was the amount of meat that was served was meant to fill you up. Will never visit this place again. I love cheese steak subs but I love them to taste like cheese steak subs not some hamburger meat ground up and very I'm tasty and meat at that. And most places offer onion and bell pepper that has been cooked. None of that was offered here either.

I absolutely love this place! I've been eating here for over 30 years. They put a ton of meat on every sub and have the best sweet tea in town. Definitely a historical landmark for us native Orlandoans

These are NOT steak subs! It's scrambled ground hamburger meat with cheese on a bun that's not even toasted!! One of the biggest scams I've ever experienced!! Chico should consider giving pasta and sauce with that spaghetti meat he's serving! And to charge extra for toppings is an absolute insult! I wish I could've rated this experience a zero because I sure would have!

I love this place and how he remembers his customers. I haven't been here in a long time and my mother decided to join me. Well apparently she goes there alot. The gentleman recognized her and knew exactly what she wanted.... her Tuna sandwich. I'm impressed. Customer service means alot.
