Very rude staff. No one greeted me coming in. They have quite a few employees but everyone just standing around. No urgency to help you. I finally asked a girl to help she wasn't the friendliest didn’t know much about them fish side. Even when I did purchase one item the cashier never greeted me, never thanked me for my purchase. Tang me up and walked away. Very horrible customer service all around… they should save in payroll I counted at least 7 employees just standing there vs interacting with the customers. I visited on a Saturday. They need major customer service training. Nice selection of pets that’s all I can say.

Was my first time visiting this store as I had never heard of it. I feel in love with puppies they had available to buy. To my surprise I'm sad to share that this particular store can no longer sale pups due to a new law passed in Orange county...I was looking forward to purchasing my new pup from here.

Bought my fabulous little Frenchie on 03/21/21 M Magoo is just perfect. The staff at Petland made sure that he and I were well suited for each other and allowed my other fabulous pup Kookie to make the final decision. Was able to locate one of their preferred Vets close by and M Magoo passed all his visits with flying colours. I took him to the store on several occasions to have his nails trimmed and the staff again went above and beyond with their gentle approach and caring attitudes. I have since purchased numerous toys snd food items for my babies along with hard to find Tortoise lights, food and accessories for my little Tortoise baby. I highly recommend Petland and if I had room would love to get a third love bug but haven’t the room at this time. Thank you for introducing me to my love M Magoo. Ps Kookie is thrilled as well

Not a puppy mill place. I was provided papers, breeder information, and a pedigree for the puppy I played with. He was also very healthy (I have experience with examining animals for health issues). His parents were registered with the AKC, as was his whole line. Worth his price, but as I don't have the money and I am not sure I can take care of a puppy at this point in time, I did not buy him.

You guys are a scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They buy there dogs from puppy mills and sell them. Please adopt this place is a scam. Ask if they can provide documents and paper because they can't..... All places like this get their dogs from puppy mills

My friend bought a Cavalier King Charles puppy and yes came from Missouri, was unable to care for him as he was "different" We took him so he would not have to go back to PetLand. Within days we took Bentley for a well check up and everything was fine, on his certificate from the store it stated "possible neuro" which they knew it was, we had to take Bentley to the ED (he was shy of being a yr old and purchase a little over 6 months), Bentley was having severe seizures, ($3500.00 ) we transfer him to UF Gainesville, where they schedule the little guy for MRI and he was diagnosed with the followings. 1. Hyrdocephalus (congential) 2. Caudal occipital malformation 3.. Secondary syringohydromylelia in cervical spinal cord and forament magnum herniation of cerebellar vermis 4. Supracollicular accumulation of fluid Those were the main issues all neurologic health issues. ($4200) Yes they reimburse for the cost of the puppy Bentley got sick again over the weekend, wasn't eating, drinking, and vomiting (nor barking and he was very vocal) the fluid was accumulating in his brain putting too much pressure on it. Bentley was no longer the same little boy, he just had a stare, non responsive, Bentley would never improve and only will decline, ($2100 After thousands and thousands of dollars, we decided it would be unfair to him to let him continue his life, so we let him go in my arms very peacefully.. This is something I would never ever get over (and I am a nurse) he was only 14 months old. The emotional stress this put on me and my family I know we gave Bentley the best life ever, even if it was short lived. Please check your breeders, find out where they are coming from and why are they traveling so far to find a new home This will take me and my family a very long time to get over. Bentley will be so missed !! We will make sure he gets a proper burial Bentley may you run free till we meet again I KEEP GIVING THIS STORE A 1 STAR SINCE I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE IT A NEGATIVE EDIT: To the owner that "Claims" that this dog was never purchased. Why do we have a receipt stating that this puppy was purchased on 6/14/2021. Also in this puppy was "given" to someone then why was the warranty active. This so call "Company" is a disgrace to anyone. Are you telling me that you have a 2nd puppy that have health issues because on my bill of sale it states nothing besides a broken rear leg, and an eye infection. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and with the BBB. This company claims it says all this but yet I have all the prove and will be contacting local news organizations where they are "On Your Side" and maybe their "Problem Solvers Team" can do a full investigation EDIT Regarding the check that was one of many vet bills. The very first one was over $3800, from Emergency Hosp. in Ormand Bch; the second vet bill you payed for; (was from UF Gainesville where they diagnosed him with the above illness and congenital diseases) follow by medication for seizures and hyrdocephalus (fluid on the spinal and brain) a very congenital disease, where some breeder is still breeding dogs that carry this horrible disease. If you ever saw a little puppy, dog or human it is not a pretty site. He did have a good little life, very happy boy with special needs Yes special needs. Then we had to take him yet again to the Emergency vet again, $2200) where we decided he quality of life was not good. I had to hold this little guy till he passed the "rainbow bridge" he was jus t4 months. If you like I can show/post pictures of all the vet bills, video's of having seizures and crossing the rainbow bridge. Of course we gave him a "proper cremation" with a nice personalize urn to put his ashes in So please do not tell me this is a false story. This puppy had a name King Bentley!! He lived like a KING even though he only lived for 14 month Would you like to see the other bills, video/pictures of seizures and crossing over. We never thought he would leave so young

I've gotten 3 of my puppies from there and never had a issue. Yeah they are pricey on thier puppies but its a family owned business/franchise. And my children love thier dogs so nothing bad coming from this patron .

I came in for a mouse. I called ahead and asked if they had any other colors than white. I was put on hold and then told that yes they had other colors. So I drove 35 minutes only to find out they only had white. But the puppies were really cute.
