The customer service is horrible. I enrolled dog training class for Tuesdays at 5:30 but they sent reminder text saying "See you at 5:00" so I called to ask if the class has rescheduled. The person who picked up the phone first told me to come at 2:00, and then told me to be there at 5:00 because "the class will fill up." If the class would fill up, what's the point of making enrollments ahead of time? No other explanations, he just hung up.

They gave me my dog back and she was wet… not a little, a lot! It is a place that I won’t be back. I have a Golden Retrieve and if they don’t dry well, she smells or can even have a kind of allergy.

What a great store! Lots of sales and a pretty good variety of products for your pets. I went in looking for chews for my dog because she is such a biter. I was surprised at the variety of good toys and different types of chewy bones that are easily digestible.

I bought some fish and plants for my freshwater aquarium. along came a fungus infection that killed all the fish including the ones I already had before. two dwarf frogs left. time and money lost. I will never go back nor recommend

0 Star if I could. I have never experienced such low customer service. I have also never felt the need to write a review until now. We got zero interaction as customers from any staff. We waited to ask someone if they could assist us in seeing their crested gecko. Once we asked (because it seemed he was done helping someone else out) we were turned away because he was walking his sale out to the register. Instead of him calling over the radio to have someone else come over to reptiles to assist us and the other party that was there, we were left just waiting again. After 10 mins we got irritated and asked someone else for assistance. This person was preoccupied working on a pallet. Instead of assisting us, he said “You guys aren’t able to hold or see the crested gecko because there’s oils on peoples’ hands that will harm them” I have never heard this in my life of owning reptiles. We were also looking to purchase a 40 gallon breeder tank for our snake or a new vertical starter kit hoping to bring another crestie home. We grabbed a snake hook but instead put it back to take spend our money somewhere that actually cares. The bathroom was a mess. I reached down to get toilet paper and there was none there. Not even if I slid it over to the next roll. Instead the roll was lazily placed on top of their gross toilet. There was also a monster can shoved into the lady’s waste basket. I would not recommened coming to this place if you want assistance caring for or wanting to care for a pet. Since they do not.

I would give zero stars if I could. Be very cautious of this place. I got flea and tick meds and was told u will get back $25 without any instructions. Finally when I got the instructions, it was supposed to come back as points that I never received. Groomer didn’t cut nails although I bought the complete package. When I went back she said it might have grown back again and was giving me an invoice of $22. What a joke. How can the nails grow in 3-4 days. BTW this happens twice. I also complained to Petco customer service but no action whatsoever.

Dre is working to maintain the aquarium habitats and is knowledgeable about fish and marine environments for pets. I’ve always found the people who are working here to be knowledgeable and helpful with information about pet care. When I didn’t properly change the water during an aquarium transfer and my fish died, Dre was patient and caring listening to me trying to trouble shoot how to improve in the future. Thank you. I know competitors like Amazon are making business more difficult for the retail box stores but it’s nice to be able to speak with the in-store experts sometimes so I appreciate the work you do!

I didn't see any employees- Everything is over priced. Had NO Dog birthday treats or anything for pets birthdays. Online yes, in the store No. Seemed the store is open for grooming, as the grooming was busy. Saw so physical employees.

Dropped of my dog to get groomed at 5:45. I was told to give them 1.5 hours so I planned on returning at 7:15. I walked in at 7:20 and the person that took care of us first words to me were, "where have you been, (the groomer- i dont remember her name) said she has been calling and texting you all day". I received 1 call and 1 text at 6:58 that my dog was ready. I was already driving there so I didn't answer or text back (I'm 20 min away from that location). The grooming service was ok but very poor customer service - will not be coming back to this location.

I take all three of my dogs this Petco I absolutely love their grooming department and the people that work for them they do a fabulous job even on my drama queen of a dachshund. My dogs are always excited to go the staff is very friendly courteous customer service is unbelievable. I've even had to do an exchange there in a return and it's always very smooth and easy I'd recommend this specific Petco to anybody if you're looking for a decent price good customer service excellent classes and a great grooming department this is the place to go.
