Went in for a return and was greeted with a welcome feeling. Easy, no hassle return. The store itself was clean and well organized. 2nd visit to this location and both times I felt welcome.

Okay so let’s talk about this experience, so when I first walked in a lady came and asked if i was looking for anything specific and I told her no just looking and she told me if I needed help to let her or any of the other girls know. Literally less than 3 minutes later another girl comes up and ask if I need help I said no, so I’m like okay I guess they just want to make sure I’m okay, which I have no problem with. So I have 3 bras I go to the fitting room to try them on then someone else comes and checks on me in there at this point I started to feel a little uncomfortable, then I get out the fitting room and one of the girls say ‘you ready to check out’? Like obviously not I’m still looking, like let me look around plus you don’t know if I needed bigger or smaller size bras. I felt like they were profiling me and rushing me I definitely felt uncomfortable. I put everything back. It sucks because I was looking forward to buying a nice amount of bras but I’ll go else where.

Every time I come in the employees are always there to help in my crisis of finding a bra that actually fits. I love it when I come in and there is a sale. Its always s great feeling not having to pay full price.

So if you really don't know what size you are and don't want to buy clothes and take them home and then have to drag them back to the store this store allows you to use their dressing rooms. Store is neat and clean and nicely displayed. Customer service here is Excellent! I found some good deals also received some coupons for future purchases. Park on the North side it's an easy walk to the store.

Love, love, love the ladies here. They are so helpful with sizes and sale items. The clothes are excellent quality and very fashionable. Sale prices are awesome.

Cool store! Some of the clothes are a little old fashion but I love there undies☺️ I wish you would bring back my bra size! I use to buy my bras there all the time but now they no longer carry my size. I have to order them and I hate waiting!!

Very pleasant staff, very few associates "know" how to fit a bra properly, store manager Candy does, professionally & properly. Associate April very nice, good eye to put outfits together & respectful of store manager's womens clothing sense. Lane Bryant a lovely store, quality clothing & good prices possible.
