I took my dog for grooming services and I regret it so much. My puppy smelled like wet dog, his hair cut was uneven, he couldn’t sleep all night scratching himself after that bath. I don’t really know what they did to my dog, but now his skin is red and itching. However, I did tell the person about how bad was the job and all she said was “I can spray him another cologne because I don’t know what’s the smell you’re smelling” I can’t even believe I spent 56.00 dollars for such a bad job and now my dog has his skin red and itchy.

Great selection of dog food, treats, and toys. Hannah, the pet trainer, is amazing! She taught our 2 unruly boys how to lay down, heel, and focus. Totally recommend!

Nice place, these stores are extremely expensive. I don't know how much money u need to make to be able to shop there. Stupid little collar for a dog is 35 bucks, Amazon 3 dollars. The will go bankrupt in couple of years like electronics and toys stores did

Slowest part of any line is usually the customer. This time it was a cashier counting dozens of cans of cat food, all neatly stacked, one at a time. Madness.

Very helpful. The store is always clean & well organized. They have a LOT & the prices are good. Plus, the employees are friendly & cheerful. I used to shop at a Pet__, closer to my home, but one try at PetSmart has made me a repeat customer already. 😁

I want to get the prices for the grooming and end up buying toys and a couple stuff for my dog. The toys are lasting longer than any toy I’ve bought him but I also bought a container and didn’t check the lid and the cashier didn’t either because it was inside of the container and when I got home discovered that it was broken. Making the change was pretty easy.

I WILL NOT be getting my dog groomed at this location and definitely anymore petsmart locations. Two years ago I booked a appointment for same day I was told they had room for my dog and to come in. I dropped my dog off and left almost 3 hrs later I called to get an ETA for her being done they said it would be another 3-4 hrs. I was upset that they told me they had room for her but in reality they were over booked and instead of scheduling her for another day they took her. I stopped coming for two years and decided to cut her hair myself. I decided to take her in today to get her cut for her upcoming birthday. The lady who checked me in was very dry and off putting. She was going over my dog records and said there maybe a $10 handling fee because my dog does like her nails trim and they may take extra equipment or an extra person. I've NEVER had to pay a handling fee for my 9lbs maltipoo. And if you seriously can't handle a small/nonaggressive dog maybe you are in the wrong field. She asked if I had her on flea medication and I said no and before she gave me time to finish my statement she cut me off to tell me if they find a flea they will charge me extra. I told her to take photos if she find a flea bc how do I know she is telling the truth. And of course an hour later they called me to say they found a flea. Long story short this is the second bad experience I had at this location and I won't be taking my dog back here!! I rather go to a local groomer where their staff isn't over worked and underpaid and it shows in their attitude.

Their grooming is AWSOME! I have 2 small dogs that need constant grooming I needed someone fast. So far They've visited about 4 times and each time they were perfect! My fur babies are soo happy! 😍 Here's Mo! Thank you Nikki!

This PetSmart is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff here are friendly, professional and very helpful. The shopping center it’s located in has a traffic light so there’s easy access to get in and out. There’s ample parking with easy access to the front of the store.
