On May 11th it was our 1st time being here and sadly our last we put our beloved Toby down he was sick. The staff here was kind and respected Toby and my husband and I. I thought that when we put Toby at a rest comfortable stage the doctor would give the ok to take his mussel off so we could say good bye while he was dazed so we can say good bye while he was alive, but that didnt happen. My Toby passed with a muzzle on his face something I never wanted for him. Now when I grieve I grieve that he passed with a muzzle on his face. After his passing last minute we picked another place to take Toby to get ready for his final place and the staff made the last minute change easy for us.

Dr. Klein is great. The original office manager is most certainly missed....front of office just is not the same without her. Finally got my dog to a point to where she could enter this place without going nuts so that was a major plus.

The doctor and his assistant were both very nice knowledgeable, and compassionate to my Sweet Daisy. The receptionist at the front desk not so friendly. I had called before coming to see what an office visit cost and was told $52, and yes our girl had to have xrays so I know that would make it a little more, but I wasn’t expecting over $300 today. When I asked if I had to pay it all today all she said was yep and proceeded to stare at me waiting for the money. Thankfully I was able to pay it I’m not sure what would have happened if I didn’t have it all today. It’s all about How you say what you say. Not everyone has limitless credit cards on hand just think about the the next time someone inquires about partial payment.

Best Vet we have ever been to. We have taken all of our pets there for 4 years and never had anything but great results. Dr. Klein has gone above and beyond many, many times for us and our furry roommates, in good times and bad. Could not recommend any higher.

I only trust them with my pups. I was going to so many vets when my senior dog wasn’t feeling well and I wasn’t getting any definitive answers until I came here. They cared for him till his last breath and for them I am forever grateful. When I got my most recent rescue, I knew this was the only place I trusted. Now, any time he comes, he is SO EXCITED and everyone loves to greet him and give him cuddles. I am so grateful for all of the people on this team.

We have been bringing our cats to various doctors at Pine Castle for a while, and have always left feeling very judged for not being able to drop thousands of dollars on specialized treatments. We are not wealthy people, but we know how to take care of our animals and make sure they are well fed and comfortable. This is evidenced by the fact that our cats are 16 and 22 years old. We feel that the vets here have compassion and understanding for the animals, that is undeniable. But if you are not a wealthy person, I would not suggest this vets office.

I went to another animal hospital down the street a few months back. My puppy was suffering from mange. After seeing that "doctor" with her symptoms getting worse. I found Pine Castle. And I'm glad I did. My baby is showing improvement in just a week! I wish I would've came here 1st. Reception was nice and the doctor explained everything and have options. I would definitely recommend this clinic for your animal health. This clinic cares ❤️

Took my 11 yr old pinchi for a 2nd opinion today. I noticed a small lump around the mamory glands of my dog about a month ago & took her into my "normal" vet for an evaluation. I was told the lump is nothing & said it was a false pregnancy. I kept monitoring the lump & took her back to have it looked at again yesterday because I now felt multiple lumps. Yesterday, at my "regular" vet, a new Dr I had never seen before Evaluated her for 5 seconds & told me she had mamory cancer, followed by an estimate for $2k to do a masectomy and a spay. I was very concerned that within 1 month of being told by one Dr at my "regular" vet's office that it was "nothing", and a month later I was now being told its cancer by another vet Id never seen there before, especially with no test being run, and no Vet in office a board certified veterinary Oncologist I called Dr Klein at Pine Castle Animal Care yesterday to see about getting a 2nd opinion & they got me in today. My dog in fact did not need the $2k+ masectomy they told me, but rather just needed a spay which would resolve the lumps itself. Pine Castle Animal Care will now be my new vet. They were honest and actually cared , rather than handling every animal as a business only for profit.

We recently moved back to the area and was in need of a vet when our older pup started to decline rapidly and we took to google to find the best vet in the area. The reviews were spot on, this vet was amazing, kind, compassionate and truly cares about their patients. Everyone staff member we met was kind and considerate. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our loved one but they did everything in their power to get us answers and to make sure we looked into every possible safe avenue before hand. Compassionate and expert care is an understatement. Trust your furry friends with this amazing place. Thank you again for the quick action in helping our pet and helping us through the whole process.

Dr Klein and staff are incredible! When I first moved to the area, I was nervous about finding a vet that both myself and my pets liked, but I could not be more grateful that I ended up here! They are helpful, kind, and their love of animals really shines through in every interaction. Dr Klein really cares about the health and comfort of my pets, and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. He is patient and informative, and my dogs love him! He is always a pleasure to work with, and his level of care and attention to detail have made me a better pet parent! Highly recommended!! Thank you for all you do, Dr Klein and staff!!
