Dr. K is the best vet I’ve worked with. She is kind, logical, and empathetic. I’ve been going there for a few years and wholeheartedly trust her. The office staff is polite. I saw the other vet once due to urgency and will never again; it was a negative experience. The office itself can be tough to deal with due to pace. I have learned to avoid Saturdays altogether and just generally expect it to take a long time when I go. That could be improved, particularly when you sit in a room with your sick pet and can overhear chatter. I also wish they could run labs at the office as well vs sending it off; I’ve worked with another vet in town who can give me results in the office while here I have to wait a few days.

They said that my dog was alright after taking him for a general health visit because he was vomiting. First the cancelled my appointment and after they sent my dog without any medication or treatment home. My dog is now even worse and they are telling that I have to wait as a normal customer when they are the reason my dog is worst. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!

I’m beyond grateful for this hospital. My fur baby had a little accident and no other hospital would take us as emergency because we didn’t have an appointment. Called at 8:30 am and we were there by 10:30 which was a big relief. Dr Taylor was amazing! So calm, she definitely knew what she was doing and even followed up how he was doing the next day. My baby is doing so much better. Thank you so much for taking us! I really appreciate your hard work.

This is the most incompetent vet office. DO NOT go to this office. They are scamming people with procedures that are irrelevant to issues. When you ask questions they look at you with no response. No accountability whatsoever from Doctors to the receptionist. Very sleezy organization. Anywhere else would be better than here. They are money interested not pet interested.

the place is a mess! the floor and chairs are full of hair. horrible customer service the lady gave me attitude just for bumping into her by accident!! it smells horrible! they take too long to help me out cause there’s too busy on there phone. the pregnant person in the front was the only nice person working there, you all should take some notes.

Was left in room for 25 minutes with no updates. When I stepped into the hall to ask what was happening, I was yelled at by the doctor. Very nice. Nurses are nice though.

My 12 year old loves coming to VCA . they treat him as if he is theirs. Best and most honest place I have ever taken him. The care they give him and the way he trusts them I would never take him someplace else. When he had surgery on his ear he was treated as a baby . love them all

My dogs Bella and Bindy have been coming to VCA East Orlando for 10 months. Dr. K is the best vet I have ever interacted with and I am old! The other vet has treated my dogs twice and she is excellent also. There is not one person who works there that does not love animals and it is evident in every interaction that I have witnessed, not just with my dogs. I am going to add my two cranky cats to the mix soon. All the vet techs are amazing. My dogs love to go into this building.

I decided to take advantage of a free first appointment offer I found online, and it was probably the best decision I've made. Everything from calling to schedule the appointment, to arriving and speaking with the receptionist, to meeting the vet tech and veterinarian, (etc) went AMAZING. I had adopted Chloe from a shelter about a week prior to taking her here so she was still extremely anxious, antsy, and energetic..but they still worked with her and didn't rush anything. They asked me a variety of a detailed questions pertaining to her health, diet, temper, etc and provided me with a lot of new information and even a 1month preventative medication for fleas/intestinal parasites/heartworms. Again, best decision I've made. This will definitely be my go-to and long-time animal hospital for my new dog.

Dr. K and her staff have been a blessing for me and my pets.A year ago today we had to help Pegasus over the Rainbow Bridge. He was suffering from clustered seizures. Was on meds for 2 yrs. to help control them. But unfortunately time took our Pegasus. We were heart broken. We would highly recommend VCA to all of our friends and family. Now days Dr.k.is taking care of the newest family member Xena the Minn Pin.Just about completed all her shots now and healthy all around. She's 4 months old.And Spartacus the Jack Russel now 8yrs old.
