I made a phone call about my daughter's seizure medication part of what had to be done was give them the insurance information and then I had questions. I started asking the question and the person on the line kept repeating "okay the medication is ready for pick up" over and over again. I have never in my life dealt with such rudeness at a pharmacy, including this one. When someone is asking questions about a 6 year olds seizure medication please just be nice and answer the questions.

My review is about my experience with the pharmacy only. My baby was super sick and the doctor sent over her antibiotics to a cvs that was already closed. When I called this cvs the pharmacist informed me that she couldn’t pull up a prescription that was sent to a cvs that was already closed. She said the doctor would need to send it directly to this one, even though I was under the impression that all cvs pharmacies were linked. I called the doctor right away on my way to this pharmacy and asked her to resend it. When I got there the pharmacists told she got the call, but she rejected the refill because it was too close to closing time. I tried to explain to her that it’s for my sick baby and this was the last open cvs and she walked away. I wish she would have at least told me over the phone not to bother driving there and that she wouldn’t fill it rather than acting like she would if it was sent over to this one instead.

I HATE CVS in general and the Malabar store in particular. Looks old and dirty and they never have what I need. And the pharmacy?!? Don't get me started! My insurance makes me go to CVS. I've been using them since January and there is ALWAYS some problem with my RXs. The app, the recording and the pharmacist never have matching info. That's if you can reach a pharmacist! I tried 2 days in a row and was on hold for 20 min both times. If you call make sure you have a charger. And the line to the pharmacy? There is no planning. I have pain which is why I go there. No seating so I have to stand for 30 min! Just incredibly long lines snaking thru the store! Ggrrrr. Odd that most good reviews are from 4 years ago!

I never leave these reviews so it's got to be BAD for me to do this haha. The pharmacy manager was SO rude. Extremely unprofessional and should not be In management if she cannot handle dealing with customers. She hung up the phone on me after I told her she was rude. Wish this was recorded.

The store associates are great, the pharmacy is the difficult place. Lines are always so long and the staff is very rude.

Came here for my daughter’s antibiotic because the one on Emerson was closed. Walk in and there’s 16 people in front of me. I’ve already been in line 15 minutes. Ridiculous!!! Never again!!

This is the worst CVS on the planet! I was sent to this location from another CVS because I was told they had the prescription that I needed. When I get there they have only two pills of the antibiotic. (who keeps 2 freaking pills on the shelf without reordering?) The Pharmacist told me that I could have the two pills and come back in the morning and they would have the rest to fill the prescription. Next day, no text from them so I called. The guy on the other end of the phone says "Yes we have them come on in" I get there and they do not have them. The Pharmacist didn't want to forward the prescription to Walgreens (who had the drug) and got made and made me wait forever until she felt ready to call them and transfer the prescription. Do not go here, they are disorganized and rude.

Lady behind the counter of the pharmacy publicly told me I was disrespectful and was rude with me because I had asked if I were in the correct lane for getting the vaccine before possibly wasting my time standing there behind 4 people. This was my first shot and the line was moving slow portraying my respectful early arrival be late. The lady did not where a name tag like everyone else. When I returned for my second shot she still wore no name tag. The nurse however for my second shot gets 5 stars
