On September 4, 2022 , I went to Att to Reactivate my prepaid phone , no one was there , No one said hello , so I said to to The short Mexican lady arcadia to help me get phone up and running again , she said sure , as she started fixing phone to reactivate it ,the black manager ,called her to the back , it look 10 minutes, so she comes back to do phone but told me a lie ,saying she can't do it ,her office is just to sell phones that I would have to go to Vero beach to have them do it ,which I knew was a lie , I also was gonna buy (2 ) I phones from att One for wife and one for me , so I went to Vero beach and told him the manager and he's says Sebastian att does it all the time ,ditching people ,to get out of work he said So he hooked it up in 6 minutes it took , I was so mad , I had to drive 11 miles to do it when arcadia could of done it , also since (att ) in Sebastian can't do it a simple prepaid card , so I was not about to buy 2 I phones from them if the can't do a simple prepaid card , so I walked over to Verizon 2 doors down and bought the phones over there ,over 2000 $ dollars att mist out on . So I called Sebastian office and told the manager he blew me off and was racist , both of them . Sebastian is a small town and I will be telling all my friends not to go there to go to version . They need to be looked at and fired , just check the video Sunday September 4 at 12:30 pm .

Went to the store this AM, Nick helped us, not only was he quick, very pleasant and knowledgeable, but he helped us get through the whole process of upgrading my phone plus also giving us info about internet service, which he also set us up for an appt later this month! So nice to know there are still people out there willing to go above and beyond, extremely happy with the service provided by this kind gentleman today!!!

My husband and I recently visited AT&T at 1671 US Hwy1 in Sebastian FL. We are from Indiana and wished to install Direct TV in our motorcoach. We spoke with Tom Fullerton who was so very helpful and professional. He even offered to have our TV box sent to his office for us to pick up, as we were currently staying at an RV park. He requested next day delivery and contacted us the next day when it came in. We were extremely impressed with him and highly recommend him. Started the new year off in a good way. Thank you again Tom!

I want to say after dealing with ATT Loyalty Dept for over 1hour on Tuesday and being told they were not able to help me and I would need to pay over $600 for a returned phone to one of their stores after ordering it before Christmas and not being pleased. I was able to walk into this store again and was helped by Mr. Tom of which was extremely nice snd professional and took my previous experience and issue to Mrs Juliana. Juliana was able to walk me through step by step with what had occurred in my previous visit and what the issue was and to my surprise she fixed it all and gave me exceptional service snd made sure I was pleaswd with my current bill imstead of wasting my time like did in the past. I highly recommend thus store and Juliana for being an extremely important part of the reason I happy with the service. Thank you do very much, and keep up the good work you fo. I commend you.

First visit to this store I had to wait outside the door 45 minutes after their opening time. Because no employee showed up. Second visit today, went to return 4 phones. There's a sticky note on the door that says "Be back in 30 minutes". No time as to when the 30 minutes would be up. When the note was put on the door. Nothing. It is apparent that AT&T via their employees, do not care about anyone's time regarding using AT&T. I am very disappointed in this SERVICE store.

I have to say that the sales person who helped me yesterday named Lucia (not sure of spelling) she’s Brazilian though, so you’ll know who she is by her accent. I went into the store only to buy a new case and screen protector for my phone. I ended up walking out with 6 extra things! She wasn’t pushy at all! She is very sweet and friendly. She just let me know what sales they were having and gave me suggestions. She is very well informed on all of the products they sell so I felt very confident on everything she was telling me. I’m so happy with her service that I’ve decided that I will only go to that particular store and always ask for her. I used to manage 80 people under me and I would have done anything to have her on my staff! If you know me you know that’s saying a lot! So if you go to the Sebastian store make sure to ask for the Brazilian lady!! You’ll be happy you did!!😃 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
