This is in regards to the FedEx pickup services. We had to provide the address, door tag, tracking number, name, contents of the box, sender, time the package was delivered, and the confirmation that it was held for pickup. It took fifteen minutes for Ruben to finally agree to release a time sensitive package. This was after he accused my employee of being a porch pirate who was trying to steal a package and he also accused me of trying to "intimidate him over the phone" for wanting to speak to a manager that he never got.

EXTREMELY slow service at the pharmacy. These folks are under staffed and over worked. Get them some help please….Friendly staff, but waiting over an hour for a shot with an appointment is a tad bit ridiculous.

Our good experience occurred with the Pharmacy Dept. I have started a new medication and they answered in detail the best they could and thoroughly. Both Daniel and Javier helped me with a number of situations, including an injection, and Insurance costs. The two of them went above and beyond expectations. Thank you

Very grateful for this pharmacy for providing my boyfriend his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. We originally had an appointment at the Minton/Malabar location for 5:15 and were denied because the pharmacy tech doesn’t like to work after 5pm even though they are open until 6pm. My boyfriend starts his new job tomorrow and we scheduled his second dose today so he would be clear for work. The pharmacist didn’t care and just sent him away. So grateful for this team for not only providing the service the business is created for but for providing exceptional customer service. We were very upset after being sent away by the other location and ready to give up on Walgreens. This team here may have saved the Walgreens experience for us. Thanks again!

I stopped by to pick up a few items, the change is amazing. Was here few months ago and it was like different company. Today the shelves are all stocked, the employees were smiling, the place was neat and clean. I picked up the items I was in search of plus a few more. The employee at the drink cooler was doing inventory or something, but she stopped and asked if I needed any help. I walked down the snack isle and selection was excellent. Checkout took maybe 2 minutes. There were two registers open but the line moved quickly and I was up. Cashier was very friendly and professional. Great store and great service.

The pharmacy manager Tracy is extremely rude inconsiderate as well as disrespectful to people that are on pain medication‘s. I had to change doctors due to the doctors not working with me and my pain they changed my meds several times to lower doses and things that did not work for me even though I had stated it. I change to a doctor that was out of county that my friend has been going to for years, Tracy The so-called pharmacy manager told me she did not care about what my prescription bottle stated which was just filled the month prior at that store with the same medication the same doctor. I never had any issues with the previous management of the pharmacy if it was Mark or the gentleman that came after Mark, I have been a lifelong customer with Walgreens I have been on the same pain medication for over eight years there should have been no reason for her to deny me. I called the one 800 Walgreens and I spoke into different pharmacy managers and they agreed with me that there should’ve been no reason for her to deny me. Not a store I will ever shop again and I recommend nobody else doing it either

Someone in my household has been exposed to Covid. Went through the drive thru was told to go online and schedule a covid test. Told him I did and no appointments are available, he said probably not, were booked. Then why did he suggest it? I ask if he has any at home tests and he said "yes, but you have to come in and buy in person". Why wouldn't you sell them through the drive thru to keep contagious people from walking in the store??? Park car, walk in store....They're sold out of tests! I don't feel like I was dumb enough to deal with Walgreens today. What a useless, unorganized mess!

Walgreens, Malabar Rd, Palm Bay Florida does NOT have bi lingual pharmacy staff, it has problems in communication with customer when it comes to getting the information corrected. Vey dissatisfied with pharmacy personnel, complaints were made to corporate and it fails to correct the personnel issues.

Pharmacist is rude regarding anyone who gets pain medication. Frequently lies or changes storytelling about why they can't or won't fill them. Too bad. They used to be great.
