Horrible company to work for especially the PGA store they treat and disrespect their employee the managers are a bunch of Hippocrates who spend time talking bad about their co-Workers and handled the covid crisis as if it wasn't a big deal. there way to busy readying a script from cooperate.

I’m from Toronto and went to Bloomingdales tonight just to look around but ended up buying 2 jackets (Jean & faux leather). I had the most amazing shopping experience thanks to Robyn Bradford in the ladies department. She’s absolutely amazing and definitely is professional, enjoys her job and cares for the customers. She went above and beyond tonight…. Much appreciated

I was looking at a sport coat in the men's department. I approached two sales men who were having a conversation. I asked for help and the response was "you can take one of the coats to the dressing room". I did not have my glasses and needed help with the sizes and price. I left the store disappointed.

I was shopping in the pga Bloomingdale’s store. I had a wonderful experience with the saleswoman Ana Guitierrez. She was so professional, personable, and very helpful. I felt so comfortable that I gave her my cell phone to call me when my size shoe comes in. What a great customer service employee. Everyone should be like Ana. Sincerely, Donna. Happy Shopper

went in to buy a couple perfumes for family members for Christmas, the lady behind the counter ignored us and kept walking away when i went in her direction for assistance. i figured maybe she's not with that department and is doing something else so i just waited until someone came to help. after 20 mins i saw an older lady approach the fragrances after i had already been standing there, and the employee immediately assisted the older lady and kept giving me a dirty look. finally another lady approached us and said that she was only there to advertise a special perfume for the holidays but she could try to help us until carol the fragrance lady was done helping another customer. after another 30 mins carol had finished with her customer and the young lady helping us said, carol is done now so i'm sure she would be happy to help, we walked in carols direction which turned out to be the lady who was mean mugging us the whole time, and she continued to ignore us. we asked about a perfume she would recommend and she walked away. at the end of the day you cant judge someone based off their appearance especially since appearance does not equal wealth or what people have in their accounts or what they make, and regardless of money its impolite. i was there to buy two Chanel perfumes, the tiffany sheer, tom ford cherry, and which ever else i would have been recommended. I will never drive up to this Bloomingdales location again and i can promise you i will be spreading the word. tell carol she should be nicer especially during the holidays, and when she works in a department store where her job is to help and assist people, and not by what they wear or how they look.

In Palm Beach County this is my favorite Bloomingdale's! I especially love their NYDJ shop! The shop is huge with a great collection and if they don't have my size in store, one of the lovely sales associates will order it for me. NYDJ is my go to for denim, blouses, work and casual looks. My favorite associates to shop with are Maria and Rasheeda who are always at my disposal in the NYDJ shop. The department manager, Marcella is absolutely wonderful too; if there is ever an issue she immediately works to resolve it. The store is clean, nice staff and wonderful place to shop!

The cosmetics manager is a rude person and walking into that department looking at the products I did not feel welcomed at all. The women in fragrance were all standing around together talking . And another woman was sitting in her chair talking on the phone behind the counter so unprofessional. Now I see why that store has no business because obviously there’s a problem with management and the salespeople have no incentive to work and they come off as so rude and unprofessional. I see why that Bloomingdale’s is a C rated store So sad to see for some the higher end brands represented . The people at Macys are much nicer.

I had an online purchase to return. The customer service rep was awesome. She needed help on the transaction & her manager came over immediately to help. They were both polite & efficient. I felt very safe there, as all employees were wearing their masks properly (over mouth AND nose). I live 45 minutes away but despite the drive, I'll be visiting this location in the future

Rochelle in the men's dept was the best! We were driving through from S. FL and had some gift returns to swap out due to sizing issues (probably from all the holiday food!) Rochelle made it easy and took great care of us. We also found out that we could bring our pup in there! Awesome store with great selection!!
