Honestly, I came in the shop to buy something and one of the sales lady kept following a friend and I. She told us if we need anything to ask her we told her we will, but when she kept following us, kept looking at everything we were touching I felt very uncomfortable. Idk if it’s because we were person of color but I left the store feeling very uncomfortable especially since there was other customers around and she wasn’t following them. ~Anne

I’m from Toronto and went to Bloomingdales tonight just to look around but ended up buying 2 jackets (Jean & faux leather). I had the most amazing shopping experience thanks to Robyn Bradford in the ladies department. She’s absolutely amazing and definitely is professional, enjoys her job and cares for the customers.
