I needed someone to unblock a handbag, I pressed the button for help over and over l waited and waited the people that work there were chatting and walking around noone assisted me with the freaking handbag after 20 minutes waiting I just left

Huge management oversight of the bathrooms. You can feel the stench before opening the door. It is nasty inside and hasn’t been cleaned in a long, long time.

This is my favorite TJ Maxx! I used to live nearby, but moved, and I still drive 20 minutes over to this location. I am almost always able to score designer deals (Lilly Pulitzer, Golden Goose, Ralph Lauren, to name a few,) at this location. I also loved their recent inventory of plant pots and bought several! They were a great price. The staff is always friendly, even during the holiday rush.

Staff is super friendly, especially my cashier this morning Helen. She engaged with my toddler and I. The ball my daughter picked out didn't have a price tag, so the staff was kind enough to go check the price for me. While we waited Helen talked with my daughter and made her laugh. It was very sweet! Thanks Helen!

The first runway store I’ve been in. It was a little messy to be so slow but maybe they had a call out or something. They had tons of high end makeup but it was all up by the registers so I didn’t have time to look at it all. My cashier was sweet. I think her name was Julie.
