Honestly, I came in the shop to buy something and one of the sales lady kept following a friend and I. She told us if we need anything to ask her we told her we will, but when she kept following us, kept looking at everything we were touching I felt very uncomfortable. Idk if it’s because we were person of color but I left the store feeling very uncomfortable especially since there was other customers around and she wasn’t following them.

I drove to west palm today to do a little shopping with my mother at the store and as soon as we walked in the door I could hear the sales associate by the name of dom call for someone to come out of the back room onto the sales floor to help her out . At this point in time there was only one other customer in the store shopping . So I looked at my mom and asked her if she heard her call for help as well. She watched our every move the entire time we were in the store. We felt so completely uncomfortable. It felt like we were being racially profiled. My mom and I have been Tory Burch customers for awhile . We were even wearing tory burch sandals today 😩 We’ve spent thousands of dollars on merchandise and don’t need to steal a thing. It’s such a shame that this day and age that if you’re black and in a store such as this you’re made to feel like you don’t belong or don’t have the money to purchase your items. You’re made to feel that you’re just there to steal!!!!! I will never ever spend my hard earned money here again!

I have visited this store on 3 occasions, never has a salesperson approached me or asked me if I needed help. Not likely to make that turn into a TB store ever again. I must not fit the TB customer profile.

Honestly, I love Tory Burch, but this location deserves zero stars. I went their last night and there was a sign on the door saying they closed at 6pm. The mall closes at 9pm. I’ve been calling them all day to see if they are open so I can go in and try on some shoes. No answer, no machine, nothing! How can you not answer the phone? Or at least put a message up as to why you aren’t answering the phone or a message with your temporary hours. I don’t want to drive an hour to find out they are closed. I called the 1-800 Tory Burch number and they don’t know anything about this. Disappointed!

When I purchased my items my customer service was excellent. When I had an issue with my item the service was even better. Top notch would shop here again and tell all my friends about it.
