This whole “need an appointment” nonsense is a violation of the terms and conditions that I signed up for when I opened my accounts. I am a large client with several business and personal accounts and I expect when I need to go into the branch to get something done I am not told to get out and make an appointment.

The worst Wells Fargo branch in the area. No one knows what they’re doing here. I was only forced to come because it’s the only branch open on Saturday in the area. Do yourself a favor and save your time and go somewhere else on Monday because they will not assist you and you will have to come back on the following Monday anyways

I've been coming to this branch for couple of months and most times the tellers have been rude and almost seems like they don't wanna help you. Giving me attitude for no reason. I asked for them to deposit my check and the teller sitting down went on and on about how it was "IMPOSSIBLE" to do what I requested.. WHICH I HAD DONE BEFORE AT THE SAME BRANCH but with a different teller. I'm a Latina woman and I felt discriminated against. I went to a different branch the same day and they were able to do what I requested, with no hesitation. I will not be coming here ever again. FIX your attitudes and leave your personal life out of a professional setting. & treat all customers equally, no matter the skin tone or ethnicity.!!!!

Definitely not the customer friendly environment you would expect from Wells Fargo let alone a bank. You have a better shot dealing with the ATM and online then coming to the bank. This bank is not disabled ready the staff for extremely rude to disabled people not realizing that they're dealing with combat vets. They have a high turn over in staff so you never know who you are dealing with and can not build relationships with your banker!Will go to USAA or a credit union.

Very good customer service. Bankers are really nice and help you in any way they can. Some banks are not very nice and treat your business like it is nothing. But this location is always courteous and friendly staffed. I travel past 3 locations to go to this one because I'm loyal to those who have helped me through so many banking precautions.

My daughter just came out of this branch & was very dissatisfied with the employees lack of friendliness. As a Wells Fargo customer she is familiar with welcoming faces & positive interactions. Not today. She will not return to this branch in the future.

This particular branch has no one's best interest in mind, they want only what they will benefit from themselves. A bunch if hyenas! My 18 year old went in just to order checks (from an already established account I opened for her) to start direct deposit for her FIRST job......... easy right? No, they make her, a child with absolutely no experience with a bank ever, open another account just to meet their required quotas as a consultant/sales scam artist. We already had an established bank account! Why would they tell her to open another when she already had one??????Charges apon charges apon charges occur leaving her in big trouble, owing money. They preyed on my child, whom had just turned 18 (in my mind still an inexperienced child). Warning to everyone....... DO NOT send your children to Wells Fargo for their first bank account because they WILL take complete advantage of them.
