Mrs Vickie was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by. I came in just the other day after looking for a pair of black work pants. Before Chico’s I looked through at least 8 other stores and she was so helpful. I let her know what I was looking for and she took me exactly what I needed, even helped me flip through the sizes! She was an absolute delight to be around and I will definitely be shopping at Chico’s again!

The older woman at the store came up to me and made me aware that I was in the petite section and insinuated that I didn’t belong there by pointing out that the rest of the store had regular sizes. I am a teenage girl so I took that to heart and had a hard time holding back my tears and it took all of my self control to not go in a fitting room and prove a point that I could’ve fit. I really didn’t appreciate that kind of disrespect since the costumers she’s belittling is paying her commission...

I am from Ga love this store the employees are GREAT friendly and very helpful ...however I do think if you walk into a store you should be able to take advantage of ALL sales and discounts this on-line discounts only is not fair to the employee's or to me if I like one on one customer service however I love Chico's but would like to see this change loved my stylist this weekend thank you Vicki... see you next time Donna Rooks

They dont have sizes past 4 or 6. It will not work for everyone. Wanted to make a sale, no sizes to fit.

Nice employees, select is ok, pants gave a good selection, all the tops are square. The displays clip them in the back to look thin in the waist, but in reality they are square with no waist

Chicos at Pier Park is horrible!! They fire people for no good reason, but let ASST Mrgs steal!!! Her name is Rania!!! Stay away from her!! Stevie is my daughter. My name is Virginia. I was the manager that got fired because of Rania.

I don't usually shop at Chico's but bought a scarf that I later had to return. My purchasing experience was great but I was treated like a criminal when I tried to return it. I had my receipt and the tags were never removed. I explained before-hand that I wasn't sure if crediting my credit card would go thru because it had been cancelled due to fraudulent charges on my account. The lady was so rude to me and acted like I was trying to get one over on her. The cashier and other sales lady however, were polite. Luckily my credit card went thru for the return. I don't plan on ever returning to that Chico's for anything in the future!
