Nancy the manager is very rude to guests and her staff. While shopping I overheard her talking very poorly about another employee of hers. Seems very unprofessional. The staff stands around and gossip making it a very uncomfortable environment to be in.

I wanted to try a few things on but when i asked for a dressing room the lady gave me a dirty look and seemed mad that I wanted to try things on. so I just put everything back and left I don’t wanna shop somewhere when the workers are rude.

This store no longer carries boot cut Jean's. Not everyone can wear the straight cut skinny Jean's. I was told I would have to order online. I try my close on before buying them. Very unsatisfactory business.

Super helpful people work at American Eagle! I found a pair of pants on line. They helped me order them and shipped them to my house for free! The pants fit! I'm so happy!

Just drove 25 minutes to go to this A&E bc I need a few pairs of shorts. This store literally didn't have 1 single pair of shorts in size 12. Not only that most styles didn't only went up to a size 6. I did find 1 style in a size 10 but of course these where longer and just looked horrible on me. No help with so ever from the sales team. I'm local to this area and will be driving to Destin or order online after this. Extremely Disappointed in A&E PCB.

Omg I have been shopping American Eagle for many years now, since 2012/2013 back in Metro Atlanta at the Arbor Place Mall location I have been in every location just about including the former Panama City Mall location and Destin, Florida as well, and I had an e-gift card I got some nice shorts and a shirt, this is my first time to this location since the pandemic began roughly a year ago, but yes I will be back soon! 😁 This store is amazing despite it being expensive but excellent quality that lasts forever. 👍🏻

I’ve never been to a American Eagle who’s had worse customer service. The Panama City Beach Store and Destin Commens are the worst at putting the guest first. I feel like that take that very lightly or not at all. I’ve only had 1 good experience since I moved here. Seems like the mentality of the district doesn’t seem to put the guest forward. Which is truly sad. Pretty much all the stores from the northern states honor online prices and this whole district doesn’t. You’re just losing money at the end of day and not making it convenient for your guest.

I wanted to exchange a pair of jeans and the manager was so rude to me. I found an item which I had to pay the difference first and I completely understand that, so I tried to get another for the same price I originally paid instead. She could explain to me in a nice way That they didn’t have any jeans for the same price so I would understand. But she started yelling at me and she said “if you want it you’ll have to pay the difference”. I would say it’s okay if I was rude or mean to her. But I was treating her with a respectful way. There are ways to treat your customers with education and kindness. And I told her why was she being so mean if I was not. She just told me that’s her personality and she just tried to make sure I understand, which I would consider racism since she was refering to my accent and I’m foreign. The other associate was nice and kind. But the manager was not kind at all. She had an attitude the whole time. American Eagle should pay more attention to the people you hire for customer service, specially on the manager position.
