Very nice and well kept shop. My wife and I had a hard time understanding the final price on our receipt because we had purchased some clearance items. Both of the employees tried their best to explain it to us(which I hate to admit took several times) and finally I understood. They were as super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. My daughter loves shopping here for the clothes and funko pops and with this friendly and helpful staff this is a great place to shop at.

Most of the people go into Hot Topic already known what they want but this particular Hot Topic was a true wildcard experience. They have everything you would come to expect from a Hot Topic with the addition of the most Whimsical and comical plushies wallets and pop culture memorabilia.

Always nice employees. Clean and organized store. Just wish the selection could be bigger for alternative/hxc/emo music like they used to have back in the day. The anime wall could use some diversity too.

This is a nice Hot Topic except for Panama city being such a tourist attracted place has this one empty on certain things. Although, I found some things that are no longer at my local store. Overall, it was nice except this company should really pay their employees a better wage.

Walked in, one of the employees stocking shirts near the entrance looks up and goes back to what she was doing. No hello or welcome. Employee ringing me up was on the phone the whole time. Provide better service next time please, this is a heavy tourist area where people are spending their money so you can keep working there.

My daughter loves the styles and accessories and always asks to stop and browse when we are near a Hot Topic. This one had friendly staff and clean, well-organized displays.
