You wouldn’t believe how many times a glitch caused me to go without meds at this place. No good for those in need of meds. 🤪

The worst pharmacy by far even though rx may be ready you will sit at least 45 minutes to an hour in drive thru Same inside and if they say you have to wait because they didn’t fill one from 5 hours before they card you to get the ones that are ready and again on the one they just did and only 2 people working in the whole store no one at check out both In pharmacy

CVS on Tyndall Parkway was by far the rudest pharmacy I have ever visited. Pharmacy tech reported that my prescription wasn't ready and had only been called in 7 minutes prior to my arrival, however, I had the digital stamp from my Dr that was stamped 48 mins prior. I also had the time stamp from the automated CVS reporting info about meds and my insurance (again a time duration greater than the noted 7 minutes)Told me that I was not a priority (which I never wanted to be) and that I could stand there and wait for 2 hours. When I was told to have the rx transferred to my hometown CVS/PSJ, I asked what time they closed being that there was an hour difference and I still had an hour drive, tech told me to Google it, "she didn't know, nor did she care". When I asked the tech her name, she immediately flipped her name badge around so that her name was no longer visible. Thankfully, Walgreens across the street immediatly accepted my rx (that my Dr went and resent after his office hours) and medications were filled in less than 30 mins. I will NEVER step foot in CVS Tyndall Parkway again, and I pray that the employees in that pharmacy treat others better than what I experienced!!! Truly a sad situation when people feel the need to be so hateful.

I don't shop here because I live in a different part of town. But my son had his prescription filled here, and his directions were "Take 1 tablet by mouth eveery 4 hours as nerded for pin." Sounds to me like someone took a couple hydrocodone for themselves before their shift! SMDH

Everyone there has always been really helpful and kind. The last few years have been hard on all of us, and things have been even more difficult for those working with the public. Those in medical fields have particularly held the weight of the pandemic on their shoulders. I hope everyone at CVS gets a good raise, and fewer Karens in 2022.

The pharmacist was profoundly rude to me when I was trying to pick up emergency medication for my dog who had just had a seizure. The technician that was at the register informed me she would try and get to my medication tomorrow if not late tonight. I explained it was for an emergency and that I couldn’t wait another day. She didn’t care, was standoffish, and kept telling me she wouldn’t do anything to get my dog’s medicine ready sooner. I asked to speak to someone else, and the pharmacist yelled at me from behind his filling station saying there was no point and that he wasn’t going to fill the RX because they had “100’s of other people” that were more important and waiting on their meds. “Y’know people with COVID.” To be clear- not a SINGLE patient was waiting in the CVS for their meds when I was there, which would mean I was the ONLY person “waiting” on my RX. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this pharmacy, but I assure you I’ll make sure to never support this CVS location again after this. When I worked as a senior certified pharmacy technician, I bent over backwards to help people and went above and beyond to ensure patients didn’t leave without their necessary meds. This pharmacy doesn’t even get the bare minimum done. And if this pharmacist is any indication as to why... well, maybe you should find someone new who is capable of actually getting the workload done, capable of managing their staff, and not a complete POS.

It was my second time at this CVS. The Pharmacist was helpful and explained how I can transfer my refills to this store. I am in retail and know , kindness goes a long way. People should be practise more patience.

Never had a pharmacist be so rude to me. I understand things are busy and I'm patient. But don't take your frustrations on the custermers. I went in to pick up prescriptions and saw there was only 2 instead of the three my doctor sent in. So all I did was say "Excuse me, I think one might be missing. I have 3 needing to he filled." The woman replied to me saying "Look buddy I don't know what three your talking about there's only two here and two on your file" So I told her it may still just be being worked on. And she acted like it was the end of the world when I only asked if there was and approximate time it would be complete. I walked put and called my doctor to please have it canceled and sent to walmart. I'm done with this CVS.
