Slowest bank ever. Every time they do a transaction it's like the first time they've ever done it. Always plenty of of time for tellers to haver lengthy conversations while other customers wait. The amount of personal info they share in front of people regarding you and you accounts is scary. I have concerns it may not be a bank that's solvent as the economy worsens.

I really like fifth third bank but this particular office or bulding is bad in customer service, i went to withdraw money it was an amount higher than 5k so i cant use the ATM for obvious reasons, i was waiting in line and in front of me there was an old couple of course they will take their time i understand but there was only 1 teller helping and behind me was another guest waiting too , but there was another person inside the offices on the computer i mean if you see you have a line and the guest in front is gonna take a while do a better customer service and step out your office and help the next guest instead of letting only 1 person deal with everything, now i have to do a wire transfer since i need the money in another country and i have to pay a % fee for the transaction all because my bank doesnt have good customer service in this facility thank you so much

I opened one of my three accounts with Fifth Third here, and have been happy with the service every time I've been in! Alex was Very helpful on the phone just now, in providing me with the contact number I needed to get some information from a neighboring branch. And she has continued the tradition of friendly helpful service I've always received here in fine fashion! :) Five Stars for almost 8 years of great service from Fifth Third!!

They are terrible, where ever you go. The one in Marinez Ga is even worse. One teller, one person that works in office. I was in there for 20 minutes I could hear who goofingoffNot even talking about banking matters If your looking for a good bank that strives for good customer service, go somewhere else.

Terrible bank. ATM seems to be always down. Awful customer service when going inside to get cash instead, workers act like they don't know what to do.

The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are not consistent with their services or fees. The customer service is horrendous if you can actually get in touch with anyone. Switching to Wells Fargo for ALL of our business accounts as I type this.

One of the worst slowest bank I have ever been to always just. 1 drive through lane and guaranteed to wait aleast 10 to 20 min to get through

Every branch is slow not enough tellers I have been to 4 locations. Usually 1 teller for drive through and inside!!! I have had to leave the drive-thru to go inside because the teller kept taking people that were walking inside I sat at the drive-thru for 10min.
