Kurt worked to meet my specs for a mid line gaming computer. He listened well and made good suggestions. Price was similar to Amazon but with 1year warrantee.

Thank you computer zone for being so honest! I am so impressed with the quality of their service. I appreciate how quickly they fixed my Mac Desk top...They were professional and most importantly had excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any computer problems. They are so much better than the Geek squad!

Computer Zone is the only computer repair shop I use. Three times they have gone above and beyond what I expected, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I can't recommend them enough.

Awesome place! The guys there were very easy going, friendly and professional. I took my computer here for diagnosis and repair and they delivered on both. Geek Squad couldnt do either of those with twice the amount of time. I will not take my PC anywhere else now.

I called Computer Zone, because of all the positive reviews on google, It was 10/24 Thursday. I called to inquire about a diagnostic on a gaming PC. They said it would take about a day. I brought my computer to the shop and explained I was not getting video to the monitor. I previously had problems with the original gaming video card, so I purchased a cheap video card from amazon, and now I'm having this problem, no video. He suspected it was the either the motherboard or the ram. Before leaving the store, I told him, I was at work on Friday and asked about Saturday Hours, expecting to pick up on Saturday. Friday comes and goes. Saturday morning I call the shop to check the status. Another guy tells me the guy is currently working on it. Okay. End of the day on Saturday, I call back, ask if he found anything. No one was looking at my computer, I'll get a call Monday. No call on Monday, So I go to the shop, still no update. So I ask for my $45 back. The guy puts me on the phone with the original guy I talked to, who takes way too long to tell me that they had to order parts to test the ram, and he couldn't call me to update me because he is understaffed and busy. I tell him, I just want my money back. He refuses. He tells me the parts will be in on Tuesday. I agree with this because I don't seem to have a choice. Before leaving, I ask them to price out a new case fan, because my top fan has started to make a lot of noise with age. Wednesday, The call me and tell me they were able to test the ram, and they determined that my motherboard was bad. Thursday the main guy calls me and says that my motherboard alone is going to be $450+ not including installation and that a quiet fan would be $120. I asked about other options, specifically updating the motherboard to something newer. He explained I would need a new CPU, RAM, and I would need to pay $120 to reinstall windows. I picked up my computer that Thursday, a week after I dropped it off. Because of that diagnostic, I purchased from Amazon, A new Asus ROG B450-F Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor, T-Force 16GB DDR4 Ram, and A New Case Fan. Total with some thermal paste = $326. (The fan was $17 by the way) I'm not a computer whiz, so it takes me a few days to swap out these parts. I'm very careful and meticulously label all the wires. After I get everything all together I go to fire it up. NO VIDEO I troubleshoot this for 2 more evenings. I'm positive everything is installed correctly and I'm completely baffled. So I contact another computer repair shop. This guy is amazing, he meets me after hours and just starts tearing into the computer diagnostic right in front of me. He tests all the connections, then he takes out the cheap video card and plugs in one that he has. Instantly fixed. Plugs my cheap video card into another computer to confirm it doesn't work. It doesn't work. I was done in about 20 minutes. Ladies and Gentlemen, I took my computer to Computer Zone with a Video Issue AND THEY DID NOT TEST THE VIDEO CARD. So now another $140 on a Radeon RX 570 video card to be finally finished. Three major complaints here: They wanted $120 for a fan that cost me $17. They completely lied to me about needing to pay $120 for windows. I went to the windows authorization screen, called the number, sent them my receipt for the motherboard, and they instantly re-issued me a Windows 10 Key. This is free from Microsoft. But lastly and mainly, they completely misdiagnosed my computer, causing me to spend several hundreds of dollars on unnecessary parts.

My boyfriend and I had an issue with our custom built PC overheating. After visiting Geek Squad and other computer repair business, I'm able to say this shop is the best in town. The prices are great and the work is warranted. The customer service is also excellent. It's nice to have your name remembered, and even better when they remember your schedule. We were able to drop off our PC without having to make an appointment. Every part of the PC was checked for errors, and I was called and kept updated throughout the repair process. After getting a new fan and power supply, our computer now runs great. They were even nice enough to carry it to my car! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone seeking a repair or interested in buying a computer or computer accessories. I definitely will be returning here for all of my computer related needs.

This was such an amazing experience. I have gone to other repair stores and all I felt was the pressure to spend. The computer zone made me feel like their primary goal was to have me walk out with a laptop that worked in all the ways I wanted it to. I didn't even have to wait for days for them to help me. It was a one stop shop and I loved every second of it. AND they are VERY knowledgeable and explained my problems to me in ways I could understand. This is my new laptop repair place for life.

My Windows XP laptop died and I got new HP laptop with Windowa 10. I brought new and old laptops to Computer Zone, who we have been using for several years. They were able to save and transfer everything off my dead laptop into my new one. I was so happy to see my welcome page still had my and my granddaughter's picture on there. I was afraid it was lost forever. They did a fantastic job with everything and their customer service is outstanding. Blake was so helpful, kind and courteous and very patient since I am not real Tech savvy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs computer service. They are super nice to deal with and have lots of services available if needed. A big "Thank You" to them for making this transition easy for me.

Great computer store! I needed help on how to use my new Windows. They took their time and explained everything step by step. They did not rush me or send me away until everything was done and I understood. I will be returning with more questions.

The owner went out to my elderly mother's residence, and worked efficiently to try to diagnose the problem, keeping me updated via text and phone during the visit and afterward. When the problem was not coming into quick focus, he offered to take the laptop to his shop to be able to work on it more economically, but first he checked other computers in the building, and found they also had the same problem, which indicated it was probably a facility problem and not with my mother's computer. He was professional, courteous, worked quickly, charged a reasonable fee to come out and per hour, and he indicated willingness to work with me as the client without overcharging. He was also courteous and helpful to my mother. I will definitely be calling him in the future if computer service is needed.
