Communication electronically from agent is very poor. They can not communicate in writing. The website does not let you file electronically even though that is a choice it gives you. It goes back to the agent. We tried to do our taxes this year without setting up an appointment in person but spent more time attempting to communicate than an agent than was necessary. Not sure I would use the service again.
