Thanks for updating your Holiday hours for today, drove out of my way for nothing. I know you don't care but im never coming back and im telling everyone I know to do that same. Its fine if you want to leave early on a holiday, I would have settled BARE MINIMUM for a sign on the door, but apparently wasting customer time is totally fine.

We were ignored for a little bit when trying to get help and I really had to use the restroom. I misunderstood the sign and went to use the restroom because it was very urgent and the lady came back and started yelling at me very rudely. I tried to apologies and the pursued to use the restroom. She then waited for me to finish outside the door and continued to yell at me while I was leaving. Refused to serve me. I have never had someone be so rude to me just to use the restroom. If you are going to have an establishment that is open to the public, your restroom should be open to the public as well. It’s not like I wasn’t going to buy anything. Then she proceeded to yell at my friend as well while she was cashing out and I was in the car. This manager has no professional skills once so ever. I am quite offended.

The manager was very rude to my friend because she had to use the restroom. We planned on purchasing products together but the manager kicked her out of the store very rudley. Yelling at her the entire time even though she apologized .When I confronted her kindly about her attitude towards my friend since we planned on purchasing product from the store and she couldn't be in there to help or anything, the manager continues to yell at me. WHILE I AM BUYING SOMETHING FROM HER STORE. I have never seen such a lack or professionalism. Would rather drive to tampa or lakeland to get my products .

I went to get special shampoo at Sally's and the store manager was there. She was so helpful and gave me much attention. I will definitely go there for more of my beauty items. This was a truly an "old time experience". I mattered to them and that made me a patron for life. Thank you for making me, the customer feel special.

I went to Sally’s to get some new nail files, nail tips and a few other things. Once the manager unlocked the nail tips for me, she continued to monitor me and follow me around the small store to make sure that I wasn’t going to steal the nail tips. She came back three times to ask if I was alright and then sent the other employee to follow me and make sure I wasn’t stealing. As I was getting ready to check out, I turned to head towards the checkout line and she was standing at the front of the isle staring at me. When she saw that I saw her, she ran to the register and sent the other employee to come watch me who I ended up meeting at the end of the isle where she turned around and went to the second register saying that she would take me at that register. I don’t know if this happens at all Sally’s but I had the money to pay for all the items that were in my possession and I find it very wrong that I was the only one that was being profiled in that store.

I have gone into this location numerous times trying to purchase the new As I Am shampoo & conditioner and each time they have only had 1 conditioner and 1 leave in conditioner and I think 2 of the scalp oil.... Well yesterday I asked when they’d have it back in stock and I swear the 2 girls working were so lazy! Their solution was to call another store and ‘drive’ out of my way! Mind you they admitted that they had a delivery but there were so many boxes that it’d take them days to go through it all! Wow just WOW! This location is ridiculous! Very disappointed!!!

Clerk was courteous and knowledgeable. Wish they carried more products for naturally gray/silver hair.

The assistant manager was very rude rolling her eyes constantly with an attitude. While looking in the Wella hair color section there was a roach crawling on the products. Half the products werent even in stock or on the shelf. They had not one manic panic product on the shelf and when asked about items not on the shelf the employees ones again caught an attitude like they didn't want to be bothered.
