Not overly impressed. Not many bigger sizes. I wear size 14, but I kinda get that problem a lot. I try to support local but usually I can't find sizes in the styles I like. Online shopping provides more options and the prices were more MSRP than competitive.

I have been buying shoes mostly from this store for many years. Excellent customer service! I don’t mind to drive from another city, because I love the quality of shoes I purchased from DSW and the store have a great shoes selection.

The staff was amazing, attentive and offering to help me, chatting about the relative merits of my selections, overall wonderful. So sweet. To top it off, I found the perfect shoes. (Steve Madden Varali. Toe straps big enough to fit toes without crunching them together. Heel actually under the correct part of your heel so it actually takes its share of the load instead of being all on the ball of your foot. Both reasons make them so stinking comfortable.) Note: they open at 10 while the mall opens at 11; there is no mall entrance anyways, so use the doors on the outside of the building.

Went in one evening with a ton of questions about coupons and Brandy, the young lady working there was able to answer every question and more. She helped me find the shoe I was looking for in my size, by recognizing that they were actually in men's sizes. I left happy with my shoes and saved a ton of money!

I would give them an even higher rating if I could! The customer service is absolutely exceptional. I’ve never received such consistently kind, professional and just pleasant service before. And they really make you feel as though your business matters. Michele and Baxter are particular standouts. Not to mention, they have THE BEST selection of shoes in the area. Don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself.

This is a large DSW! It is not connected to the mall (I couldn’t find the entrance from with the mall anyways) so we had to go out of the mall and then enter through the main entrance / out parcel. We found shoes worthy of buying and it was a success! Photos as of sept 2019.
