Today I went to exchange my daughter’s Christmas present because they were to small and the manager was super rude and said the shoes were used when they weren’t and basically told us he would not exchange. I’ve never had that happen I would never would return something that was used. I ended up calling corporate and had it handled but I will not be going to that store ever again! Rude AF

Please fix your air conditioning. I went in there to shop and broke out in a sweat. I nearly fainted . When I explained to the sales associate it was hot she said the air conditioning unit has been broken for 2 months. I couldn’t buy anything so I went online instead.

Every good experience and the first place didnt have my shoe size and they sent me to the one next door and got me what I needed and I found that they had other things besides shoes and their store they also have great employees and will treat you well and if they don't have something I'll send you the right way no matter what I like the store great experience

I would love to give them 5 stars but they never have the size I need. I mean never. The staff is friendly and offer to order but I can do that myself. I go to the store because I want the product right then and there.

Store Managers awesome. Very helpful in helping me find right selection of shoes I was looking for. When they didn't have something in stock he ordered it right away and it was delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking out their Vans and Chucks, the staff will make you feel welcome!
