Absolutely horrible. Refused to sell me a pair of shoes because I did not use my government name instead used nick name but still had the name on my id. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend.

Terrible service, I don’t k is if they’re in the back screwing or smoking but they locked the doors in the middle of the day leaving MULTIPLE customers confused… the hours are clearly posted on the doors and the doors are locked outside of those hours 2 days before a Christmas holiday… yeah great job with sales for the day guys

We call the store earlier in the day and asked if they could hold a pair of new Jordan's for us until I got off at 7 and was told yes. A man was in the store and paid the cashier money to buy all of the Jordan's including the pair I asked if they can hold. I think its not good customer service if you allow your employees to take money to go in their pocket so another customer can buy something only to go on Facebook to sell the shoes for $60 more a pair. Some of us hard workers and its unfair that people like me have to suffer because the store allows this. I will be contacting cooperate office and I hope rules are changed and employees are not allow to take side money, so one individual can make a profit. Very discussed!!

Fly stuff in here. Everything in the store wasn't something I could see myself wearing. However, it's a chill vibe of a setting for shopping. They have a vast assortment of sneakers for anyone looking to get the fundamentals of being a sneaker head 👟. They also sell Timbs 👢 (boots). The clothing here is a major selection. Selections from Ralph Lauren undergarments, to Nike & Air Jordan tracksuits. They have the late Nipsey Hussle collab with Puma for his 'The Marathon Continues' staple. They have a small selection of True Religion. They have Smoke Rise if you're on a budget for a decent look. Other than that, that's the bulk of it. The staff was ok, the lady who worked asked if I was okay whilr looking around. I didn't make a purchase today when I went, just looking to see if I wanted anything out of here for future reference. I will NEVER buy shoes from this place ever again. None of the shoes fit my child's feet correctly. I have bought her the same shoes from other shoe stores with no issues. But for some reason these shoes don't seem to fit right, too tight, too loose, painful/hurt in unusual areas. I really believe they are irregular or rejects from the factory. The girl who helped me act as if though she had an issue, was lazy and didn't really want to help me. Her attitude was horrible. I needed 3 pairs of shoes and this is not the kind of service I expect in a shoe store. She didn't know what she was doing when it came to measuring my Children's feet, she didn't try to check to make sure the shoe was a good fit. I had to ask another associate to check all of their shoe fit for me while the other girl just stood there leaning against the bench and table. She also waited to tell me there is no refund, exchange within 30 days only, AFTER I swiped my card. I should have left all 3 pairs on the counter, walked out and took my money to kids foot locker. Next time I will. PS. The music is not children or customer friendly and I had to ask someone to come and help me because no one acknowledged or asked me if I needed any help. That should have been my first sign to RUN AWAY.

Sold item that had been vandalized. Then had the nerve to blame the UPS delivery company for doing it. NO INTEGRITY. Would not make it right. Rare shoe, so I suggested a partial refund. They gave a bs refund. Cant even buy a happy meal with their refund. They are fakes, poor customer service and dishonest. Stay away. Many better stores out there. 6pm. PYS. Shoebacca etc....... stay away from fake *$$ DTLR as a company!!!!!!!
