Not sure how I feel about the selection for women. If you want fun shoes or practical then sure they have choices. But work shoes are a no go for women, I only found 3 styles of sneakers nothing else. Where are the work boots? Or any other style like the men have? Not impressed 😕

Not happy with the customer service I receive today at this locAtion. I went to return the shoe for my daughter. I notice online show the boots that I wanted for my daughter is unavailable at any location. I call ahead of time to see if they have the shoe in stock. They let me know thar the shoe is out of stock. So I decided to go to the store and get a refund since those boots wasn’t available. The lady Beth worker there had to get another lady to help on return the item. Make a big deal and have to do to make sure I purchase the shoe with them and the sku code matches knowing I purchase it online. They located my email and everything was right. But the worker Beth as a employee should of ask me a customer head of time request if she can tried to find it and make sure that they shoe is available and can re ship to me. No They didn’t offer that I had to tell them how to do there job when issue like this I didn’t have a problem with this until they make seem like I was lying about my purchase unprofessional need to retrain on better customer service! Won’t repurchase at this location or anywhere in Nation will let all my family and friends know and they are not the only one having same issue.

It’s my first time shopping at Shoe Carnival. It’s way nicer than I thought. I bought sneakers for all members of my family. I found what i was looking for. All essentials were in this store. 😊 Definitely will be back.

I prefer Shoe Carnival to every other place, honest goodness. Besides where I got my combat boots, shoes from other places just don't last or they don't feel right at all, know what I mean? I got my first pair of actual shoes here and I'm totally in love with them. I love the selections of the socks for here too. I would definitely get more shoes from here.

Great selection and friendly service. The prices seem fair. I'm excited that they have my size most places don't carry shoes small enough for me. When we arrived we were kindly offered assistance right away. The associate mentioned that if I found a style I liked, but they didn't have the right size in stock, that they would be glad to ship. I thought that was very considerate. We found a great pair of new sneakers and they fit flawlessly. I like this shop this is our second visit and it's a second good experience. I'll definitely be back, thanks!
