The staff at Dillard's is soooo incredibly helpful! I was shopping with my husband for a formal gown for a gala and as so when you buy a gown you need shape wear and a bra and shoes and all the things. Well, needless to say I found everything I needed and was able to put the ENTIRE outfit on once I had all my pieces before I left the store. Oh, and the gown was on sale!! And the entire staff was so supportive and helpful the entire time! My husband was even in awe at how amazing our Dillard's experience was! Thank you Tyrone Dillard's and Staff! Y'all are amazing!!! Blessings 💚💚

I love dillards. I always get excellent customer service there and they go above and beyond to find anything that I'm looking for. The tissue paper and walking my items around the register to hand them directly to me is a very nice touch as well.

I stopped at the Tyrone Mall Dillard’s to look for a pair of earrings after going to another Dillard’s in my area. The “other Dillard’s” had plenty of selection, no customers, and a rude salesperson (hence the no customers). After being there 30 mins, being ignored by a tall, blonde sales lady, I put my items down and left. I then drove the 30 mins to Tyrone, where I met Safa Benjdya in the jewelry department. When I first walked into the jewelry department, she was talking to a gentleman, and she looked at me with the biggest smile and said, “hello, let me know if I can help you with anything” PERFECT!! She acknowledged me but was not pushy. When I found what I wanted to purchase, I had a few pricing questions, and she was nearby to help. She was lovely, and we talked for a few mins, and it was apparent how much she loves her job. She helped me pick out a few more items I had not even considered but now love and wear often. Safa is a true gem to the jewelry department at Dillard’s, and I hope they realize it. I now drive past the “other Dillard’s” with the rude, tall blonde lady with a foreign accent and will shop with Safa at Tyrone Dillard’s.

Martin Mata at the Lancôme counter is AMAZING! He matched me up with some under correcter and also gave me a bunch of samples to try out! Love buying my cosmetics here as always a pleasant experience, but today Martin went above and beyond! Thanks again!

Ordered a pair of black ECCO slip on sneakers. They came yesterday in a box with no wrapping & there's an imperfection in the leather of top right shoe. Expected better for shoes that were $160. May be taking these back

It a nice place to walk through and check things out but it's too expensive. They need to lower the prices to compete. I love the feel of the place and the quality of the stuff but it's pricey. Check it out for yourselves
