6 Best shoe store in Saint Petersburg, Florida (FL) 2024

This store has a nice selection for youth and adults. Easy access to order what they don't have in store. Only problem is there policy for buys and returns. Can be confusing to not be sure if your ordering from City gear or Hibbet and returns have to go to that particular business even though they are a joint company 🤷🏾‍♂️ not sure how that works so buyer beware. Staff is good to help and resolve issues. ~Edward

The staff at Dillard's is soooo incredibly helpful! I was shopping with my husband for a formal gown for a gala and as so when you buy a gown you need shape wear and a bra and shoes and all the things. Well, needless to say I found everything I needed and was able to put the ENTIRE outfit on once I had all my pieces before I left the store. Oh, and the gown was on sale!! And the entire staff was so supportive and helpful the entire time! My husband was even in awe at how amazing our Dillard's experience was! Thank you Tyrone Dillard's and Staff! Y'all are amazing!!! It’s my first time shopping at Shoe Carnival. It’s way nicer than I thought. I bought sneakers for all members of my family. I found what i was looking for. All essentials were in this store. 😊 Definitely will be back. ~Lkhaagii

Have bought several different shoes there over the past year for myself, my adult daughter and husband. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have lots of options. Great experience! ~Laurie

Terrible service, I don’t k is if they’re in the back screwing or smoking but they locked the doors in the middle of the day leaving MULTIPLE customers confused… the hours are clearly posted on the doors and the doors are locked outside of those hours 2 days before a Christmas holiday… yeah great job with sales for the day guys ~Aissa
