So,. Y was looking for certain shoes. We saw the same shoes in the mall for $300. We found that same pair on Hibbert Sports for $100, and the service was amazing.

If I could give Zero stars. The manager in that store is completely unreasonable and only caters to certain customers. Hibbetts will never get my money again.

People were so so nice! This was the only store in Pinellas County that had the all Black North Face Jester Backpack my daughter wanted for Christmas.

This store has a nice selection for youth and adults. Easy access to order what they don't have in store. Only problem is there policy for buys and returns. Can be confusing to not be sure if your ordering from City gear or Hibbet and returns have to go to that particular business even though they are a joint company 🤷🏾♂️ not sure how that works so buyer beware. Staff is good to help and resolve issues.

Everyone was so kind. Lost everything I owned to a fire a little while ago. Everyone there helped me find shoes and pants to help replace the Adidas gear I lost. So thanks to Kenneth (150163) and the other member of your staff that helped find me some clothes. Definitely will be back with friends once Covid's over. 🖤

Web site says they carry in stock Hoka brand shoes and showed my size in stock. I drove there and lady says we never carried them and can't get them.

BEWARE IF ORDERING ONLINE!!! I ordered a pair of shorts for a Christmas present. They came right in time for Christmas but were the wrong size! The product looked great, but I could not gift them. I had to order a new pair to get the correct size (which I did so through a customer service representative over the phone), and then send the wrong pair back to get my refund. The new pair came - STILL the wrong size. I called again to explain the situation again and to make absolute sure they had the size I needed in stock before ordering a 3rd pair. I was told that I would receive an email within 3 business days to let me know the status of the product that I needed. I waited 5 business days but never got an email. I then emailed them about the lack of communication, and never received a response. I ended up returning my two incorrect pairs of shorts and ordering the product from another company. Long story short - my Christmas present will finally arrive next week, in mid-February, and NOT from Hibbett. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but enough is enough.

These ppl in Hibbets seem to be to dang happy to help🤔who is that happy and chipper when dealing with feet, the public and last time I was in their screaming kids. I have no clue where they find there staff, but they need to spill the beans and share there secret. Good shoe selection, decent prices along with Happy Staff.. .
