Service, communication, & repair were good. Time to get parts took weeks, but that is no fault of Caliber. Liberty (ins company) specified purchase of used parts to replace damaged parts. Due to this, headlight covers do not match & it’s noticeable. I have since requested Liberty ins company to contact them & allow for 2 new headlight lamps. At this time, I don’t know if ins will follow through but I don’t feel Caliber is responsible for this either. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This business had my vehicle a month and a week to replace and paint my bumper and replace my grill. At one point I drove by the business over the weekend to find my vehicle and no other vehicles parked in front of the business. I examined the new bumper that had been freshly painted, which already had fresh scratch marks and fish eyes (bubbles) all throughout he bumper. Not to mention my vehicle was left in front of there business all weekend. I had a chrome inlay on my grill, which now was broken and in my trunk on the old grill. All I can say is horrible!! The adjuster (Ray) at one point told me "I don't work for you, I work for the insurance company that is repairing your vehicle". Guess I'm not a customer. WOW! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the beginning the staff made me feel like an important customer. The work was excellently done and we are very happy. Ray Leveque did an excellent job of overseeing the job. Our other car needs some work done and we will surely contact Ray when the time comes. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here because they were on Allstate’s list to preferred repair shops. Do not take your car here! First, they were two weeks late on completing the work and when I got it back it was a mess; the door did not close correctly, the clearcoat was really bad, the back quarter panel didn’t align with the bumper cover. I picked the car up and told them I’d return it for them to correct the issues. About two weeks later, brought the car back and noticed that the radio sound didn’t work. I knew that the amp was inside the back right quarter panel and thought maybe the wires came unplugged when they were doing work. when I return to have the paint redone, door fixed so it would close properly, back door handle reinstalled so the door would open, back bumper cover and quarter panel aligned and amp wire checked, I found out that it would be a while because they no longer had a painter. Let’s think about this…an Allstate recommended repair center without a painter? It took about 2 weeks for the car to be done again and I asked the service person 3 times to check the amp. When I went to pick the car up, it was a mess with several areas of overspray on the trim. I spoke with the Manager Keith who could care less. I figure I’d just clean the overspay off myself and take the car. When I got it home, found dampness in the trunk, water tested and found water dripping onto the amp. When the reapired the quarter panel they broke one of the seams near the trunk that caused the leak. Took it back a third time and they finally fixed the panel and had to replace the amp. They never checked what I asked them to. This business should not be on Allstate’s list of collision centers! I will also, copy this link and post on my Allstate claim so that they are aware that they shouldn’t send customers to t his shop. If you want to reach out about this review, please keep in mind that I’ll only talk to corporate as the local management couldn’t be bothered to reach out while I was having these problems. Amazing service. Our Volvo was in an accident when some idiot went through a stop sign. Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing the significant front end damage. It took a long time for the car to be fixed due to the scarcity of parts and supply chain issues but Ray, the manager, kept us informed every few days and couldn’t have been nicer. I finally got the car back today and it looks gorgeous, just like a new car. They handled all of the insurance and I even left my Enterprise car rental with them, they said they would return it for me. I highly suggest using this business, you won’t be disappointed. She provided me with periodic updates on the repair process so I was never wondering what was going on. The repair was excellent. Paint color was matched perfectly. Absolutely no trace of the dent or damage.
