Always helpful and very experienced, my trailer left he on the side of the road when hub bearing failed and took out axle. Rapco handled my needs, they even had the specific spindle so my welder friend could start repair immediately. Did I mention I showed up 5 minutes before closing.a true one stop shop.

Sharing my first negative review of a company. I've waited a year to share this post in hopes that Rapco Trailer would eventually do the right thing. I purchased a boat and trailer in Stuart and wanted to have new brakes put on the trailer before taking back down to Ft Lauderdale. Rapco installed the brakes incorrectly and the brake lines sheered off when the boat was placed on the trailer. I didn't realize this until returning to Ft Lauderdale. After calling Rapco multiple times to explain what happened and sending countless pictures, Rapco agreed to have a trailer repair shop in Ft Lauderdale complete the repair of the brake lines. Upon bringing the bill to Rapco to get reimbursed, they completely stonewalled me and refused to pay, stating they were "too busy to speak with me." It has been a year of calling every month to find out when they are going to be "free" and it has yet to happen. I don't say this lightly - the individuals from Rapco are dishonest and lack character. I am writing this review to hopefully help other individuals to pick another trailer repair organization if they have the option.

Looked them up on the internet to find their hours. Drove 30 minutes down to watch them pull past me as I was pulling in to their business 15 minutes before closing to pickup one simple item . Locked and gone, but not forgotten. I won't be back. Don't post your hours, then close early.

Provided outlandish quote ($890) for simple repairs (new bunks, tail light, reflectors and license plate holder) including work not needed (new hubs) and for labor hours not in line with reality. Had work completed nicely at Deerfield Trailer for $410.

These guys potentially saved me hundreds on what would have been unnecessary repairs due to "operator error." The mechanic provided me with some insight into the way my trailer brakes worked and helped me make an adjustment that cleared up my problem. When I need work done on my camper (or any other trailer I get) these guys are the ones I will go to first.

this store has a good selection and quality products. also quite pricey. I was steered in the wrong direction for some hitch attachment equipment. when I returned it brand new 3 days later, they did not want to issue the 65 dollar refund even though their own handwritten price was still on it. they said that I had to have the receipt and refused to write up a new receipt.
