To start out with I have been a loyal customer of O'Reilly's in Lake Wales since y'all opened. Customer service is always been great. I went Saturday and was greeted by James in the Lake Wales store. James was beyond helpful. His customer service skills were impeccable. He really spent the time to explain details on how to hook up, recharge, cans of freon how to read the meter, how not to overfill it. just all in all great job please recognize him. Stopped in to see if defrost vent can be purchased for my vehicle, they wasn't able to order one and gave me few names of other businesses that maybe able to help. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! There practicing social distances with 6ft apart signs, store was clean and mask is required posted on door.
