We had a great experience at Ashley furniture. We have been to many stores searching for living room furniture for way over a month and we felt so at home here. Our sales representative, Medina was fantastic. She explained everything in detail to us, gave us a ton of different options, made sure items were in stock and we fell in love with our new fancy gravity reclining couches.

This location was friendly and clean, and the entire staff made me feel welcomed. I did not feel pressured or felt like there was a sales person over my shoulder. Yet, service and answers to my questions were almost instant. A friendly person named Raleek was there to listen and answer all my concerns and, best of all, get the best price. I was not ready to purchase the furniture then, and he was cool with that and still proceeded to answer any question I had, which is one of the reasons I decided to come back and finalize the deal. This location is Friendly and knowledgeable, and they have amazing deals. I highly recommend it.

No complaints. Our salesperson, Eric, was very attentive and eager to please without being pushy. He followed up with us by phone a couple of weeks later, which was actually helpful rather than annoying, since we were planning a move and were having a hard time keeping track of all the things we needed to do -- like ordering a sofa! Would have given a 5-star review if not for the fact that the staff were not wearing masks for the protection of themselves and their customers from Covid. (Even though it isn't mandatory at this time, we look for companies that observe masking for best protective efforts.) Since we were both wearing masks, it would have been viewed as an appreciated courtesy if our sales team had considered wearing one as well. Still, that doesn't detract from the experience we had, which was smooth, helpful, and easy. And we are happy with the sofa we ordered.

Came in to buy a bedroom set and I was helped by the lovely Rafael. This man was attentive, extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Personable and patient. I’m truly happy I was helped by him. He helped me picked out the most perfect bedroom set and I will definitely be returning to buy more furniture. Thanks Rafael!

The patience and understanding we were met with was outstanding. Employees were honest and flexible even when dealing with several squabbling family members. Love Rafael, he was so helpful! He took the time explaining everything to my brother while also dealing with my mother over the phone.

Just purchased a Darcy Sofa from Ernest. He made the whole couch buying experience a breeze. He was very knowledgeable about the sofas we were looking at and knew exactly where everything was situated in the showroom. He even put us in touch with a third party to deliver/assemble the new couch as well as remove and hall-away our old sectional. The store itself was very clean and had tons of options for all types of furniture. Will be coming back to purchase furniture in the future and referring all my friends and family. Fast delivery and great prices for all the items that we looked at.

Antoine closed that sale gap like he’s been doing this his whole life. I went in just to browse and left happily with empty pockets and a gorgeous new couch. Highly recommend him! Not pushy and very patient, great experience all around.

Came to this store 3 days ago and was greeted by Rafael and ultimately found what I was looking and came directly back to Rafael at Ashley’s after walking in to many different stores. We came back to Rafael due to his professionalism and attention to detail to what I was saying we were looking for. He walked me through everything step by step and got me what I wanted and made sure my family was well taken care of. I will be a retiring customer to this store and hope to have Rafael be my sales associate in the future.
