This Publix is clean just like the rest of the Publix markets. The employees are friendly and helpful. I gave it 5 stars because across the street from this Publix is a Walmart. I have shopped at both stores but the Walmart is not always clean. The employees are not always helpful, so this has made me go to Publix more than usual. Sometimes you just want clean, nice, friendly people to deal with and not rude people.

Horrible ! I placed an order for 1 foot long sub and another was a wrap . I place online order at 4pm to pick up at 5pm. I got there and only one sub was prepared I waited a few minutes to see if they were working on getting it done because there were 3 people working the sub area behind the counter I figured one was doing online orders and the other 2 we're helping customers in the line. To my surprise it was customers in line only. I went in the line by 5:30 and I asked for my online order. They didn't even start it until I was in the line. Long story short my order was placed at 4 pm for 5 pm pickup and don't get it till 6pm horrible there should be a better system than this .what's the point in making online orders then?

Kinda been disappointed recently in the deli area. I have been ordering wraps and they have been making them smaller then usual to were I am still hungry even after eating. Everything inside the wrap is good, sometimes they are messy, just way to small. Store wise, it's a nice location with a nice size dine in area connected to the deli and is always clean.

Always Very clean & excellent customer service. Produce & fruits are always fresh. Never have to stay Long in line. Always multiple open check out registers & someone is always available to take your bags to your car if needed. My favorite grocery store.

This is not my usual location but needless to say it was still great. Larger than my go to and has a lot of different items. Can't wait to try again. Very clean and friendly staff.

I like coming to this location. It is fast, and the employees are very pleasant. I wish they would bring back the tomato salad, but I still like it here. 😁

Aside from the supply chain issues, this store took a nosedive from what it was eight years ago. Case in point, I paid a visit to the deli two weeks ago and saw that the chicken tenders were down to the nitty-gritty. I asked the young lady behind the counter when they would have fresh chicken. The answer was a text book example of poor customer service. "HE, meaning the cook, only cooks more when its empty." WRONG Answer. You get yourself in gear and offer to cook more!

Just had the pleasure of shopping at the Publix store near the Marriott Sawgrass. Super nice workers. Very helpful and attentive. Loved my 2 sandwiches that I bought at their deli section. Very impressed. Wish that I had a Publix in my town. Thanks everyone at Publix Sawgrass.

I really like this Publix. The staff is friendly and polite..hard to come by these days, but always my experience at this store. The shelves are challenged here, as everywhere, but I'm always able to find a good substitute. Can't wait to get back to normal.

The Local Publix for us. Rarely disappoints. Has everything we need. Even for our variety of cuisines in our house. Bakery and Deli are both great. Well, Deli sandwiches are awesome but you know, trademark slow to deliver. Lol. Pharmacy staff is wonderful as well.
