Waiting for assistance is ridiculous. Was told I was in the way of passport photos while i was using the machine for reprints.I moved to another that was broken... went back to original when passport photos were done. Was told to let the employee use the machine first to process the passport photos because he USED HIS OWN PHONE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS! I just walked out...

My brother told me a number of stories about this Walgreens, specifically the pharmacy. They are the absolute worst he's seen. Pharmacy techs are poor trained and seem to be coughed up from some third-rate private career college that takes anyone with a buck. Walgreens has investors. And investors should always know when their chips are on the wrong slot. Best to call the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, FOX Business and The Bloomberg News and tell your story.

Unprofessional location. Very rude staff, lines and lines of people in the store for no reason other than no one wants to do there job here.

Store is severely understaffed. One cashier and line goes to photo department. Went to buy white strips and of course you need an associate to open the glass case to get. After 20 minutes of waiting no one came and had to leave.

hi trying to speak with the pharmacy they pick the ph several times don't say nothing and put on hold, this is a disrespect to the customer, it is a insult, but every body can do that but we can't say nothing, everything is upside down, this is the new style in america, either regular people and authority insult and provoke to others and no body punish them.

I have ordered my medicine twice and each time I go their drive through us always backed up. They are doing Covid testing in the drive through which is Bs. I was on my lunch break once and never again as I was late getting back. Most of us go through the drive through for a reason but it is horrible.

This pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I called to fill my prescription. I tried using the automated system but it said it needed to connect me anyways. I was on hold for 20 mins and during that time someone picked up and said “hello” very annoyed, when I said I was just trying to refill my prescription “they said ugh hold on” and continued to put me on hold. By the 4th pick up they tried to put me on hold again but I was agitated and explained I’ve been on hold and if I could just use the automated system I would. Whomever responded very rudely “well I’m sorry but we just opened up and we’re already very busy so”.. so I had to hold AGAIN. Finally they helped me after another 10 mins, and it was only a few seconds that she spoke with me. Literally just asked for my date of birth and confined my name and prescription and then said your order will be ready in 2 hours. Finally, when I went to pick it up I received the same nasty attitude. I remained friendly and patient because you never really know what people are going through, but even when I said “thank you so much, I hope you have a great rest of your day” the lady ignored me and walked away. Awful experience.

Do not get your vaccine shot in here!! Even with an appointment you could be there for hours! I arrived early for my daughter’s shot and waited in line because the people working there couldn’t figure out how to print the paperwork. Even their customer service told me “not to go there and get the shot at a county facility”

Pharmacy staff is completely unprofessional and rude! My mother had an appointment for the PCR test, when she arrived she was first told they didn’t see an appointment for her, the female technician asked to see my mothers email confirmation for her appointment. Once she verified that my mom did in fact have an appointment, the female tech advised my mother the pharmacy had no supplies to perform the test. My mothers asked for a solution being that this is an inconvenience for her. The female technician was extremely rude and unprofessional, when asked to talk to the pharmacist he had the same answer for my mother “ they can’t do anything to help”. I don’t understand how can’t they just notify customers and cancel their appointments if they do not have supplies! Such a waste of time to go there! I’m a pharmacy technician myself and this is not how we are taught to treat patients and customers! Do not recommend this pharmacy.

I agree with the other gentleman’s post. Get a friendlier pharmacist. The female pharmacist is rude and extremely short. ( I don’t mean in height.) Consumers don’t deserve that type of treatment. There are plenty of professions out there. Choose one more suitable to your personality.
