My first visit. I asked if they were ready to close the store because the floor, for one, was the dirtiest I have EVER seen an operable store. The 2 star for my juice being extra cold..... ..... TODAY IS A WEEK LATER....No Bags!!!! What is this about? I had to bring out 3 items with out it being placed in bags .****...9 Months later the store has Improved 100%...Clean and Great Staff esp. Angela, Trish, Kareem and my other friendly staff ( You know who you are)....Good job !! ***Over 2 years later it appears they've changed management I spent over $100 last month in the store and the manager could not pause from m loading shelves to answer a question about books I had purchased my last visit .. her customer customer service skills ( Miss Teresa ) are zilch???

The store was neat. And front faced.. Employee were helpful and of calm demeanor When. I had to do a return Seem like they actually are satisfied with their job which is good. The parking lot was clean there was no visible trash anywhere. They had bags the employees Definitly were not rude, Store was clean Check out was quick and easy.

The employees was very nice Especially Rae. The store itself was not in perfect shape. But I think they were putting up stock. I give this a great rating because of my experience though. Rae was very sweet and professional.

The store is ran poorly! More concerned with individuals who steal rather than actual paying customers. I saw a guy leave from behind the register to confront a thief. Could have been killed, needless to say, the thief walked away freely! This establishment needs three workers. It's almost mandatory! You have no police activity. Why would you have store employees risking their life for a job? If the lines were shorter you would catch more thieves. Guaranteed!

Horrible! Parking lot looks like a dumpster. You can tell no one ever cleans up/empties the trash. Inside was even worse... couldn't even get down the isle to shop because freight was piled up taller than the shelving units...

Didnt like the fact that it was a bull dog in the building. It was not a service dog either. It was a regular bull dog. Its a shane that the staff say due to the general manager they can't say nothing to the dogs owner about the dog and they didnt feel safe either. I will not be going back to that family dollar.

I like to shop at this Family Dollar because it is convenientlly located near my house. They usually have everything l need in stock and the store clerks are always pleasant and patient. Most importantly the store is clean!😀
