The only reason for 4 stars is six months after I moved into the storage unit they increased the rent and then at the year mark they increased it again. Within a year the rent went up by over $100. Nothing changed in regards to service, cleanliness or facility improvements. It was an increase in rent with no quantifiable improvements/upgrades. I would recommend for this place or any place get locked into a contract.

Cindy and the team are great. The facility is clean, well lit, and climate controlled, also close to the airport. Carts are available and each floor is secured by access code.

Cindy as always ready to help whether it’s promptly answering any questions I have over the phone or helping me out in person when she doesn’t have to. I’m very happy with the security and how clean it is, but one of the best parts is the Customer Service. Today I stopped in with some questions and Ted made some great suggestions and then suggested I should be getting a senior discount. The new monthly savings is a big help.
