Assistance at the store was helpful, however the wait for the (2) chaise lounge chairs was beyond frustrating, as they were delayed for 1 1/2 months per the initial time of arrival that was supplied to us at time of purchase. Leaders had a very difficult time getting the manufacturer to respond to inquiries relative to the whereabouts of the chairs. This made it difficult for us to have any faith in when we would be expecting to receive the chairs. We continued to wait for the chairs and we are certainly enjoying them, however it would have been pleasing if Leaders would have perhaps delivered them to us, or offered some sort of proactive concession for the extended time that we had to wait, however that was never offered. 3 stars being given as we are enjoying the product, 0 starts in being able to obtain them.

Bruce was great, gave us a practical solution to our patio needs. We had delivery within one week when many places said 12 to 15 weeks. He showed us the quality. The set we bought was the same as the one that had been outdoors at their show room for 3 years and survived Florida sun, hurricanes and wind!

Purchased throughout the years several pieces of outdoor furniture from Leader's, never had an issue. Most recently, purchased patio set in July 2018, which we were told had a five year warranty. We are having a couple issues with this set, screws coming out, coffee table is saging\warped in middle, with some discoloration. The sunbrella umbrella stitching is coming apart. The sofa frame is also warped and wobbly. I called Leader's sales manager, she was very nice and forwarded my request to warranty devision. I spoke with a lady named Vanessa who asked me what is the problems with the furniture, that she could not see in the pictures. I also sent a video. She said she would send a screw for the coffee table, and that Maguire Wax was needed for the surface of the coffee table (This was never told to us during sale, and none of the other end tables have this issue). Then she said the sofa is not under warranty, as it was sold as is. This was never told to me. She then sent me a receipt that stated that ONLY the sofa and coffee table were sold as is. Keep in mind, this receipt was not signed or acknowledged by me. After several phone calls back and forth, with them asking me to "trouble shoot" and move the sofa around to make sure it was on a flat surface, they then stated we would make an exception, that they would repair it only if I bring the furniture to them. I don't have a truck to bring this furniture there. We have spent thousands of dollars on this set. It has only been 2 years since purchase, I call to get my WARRANTIED furniture repaired, and all I get from the company is an offer to mail me a screw. I feel like I am being screwed by Leader's Casual Furniture. Buyer beware, they boast on the quality and warranty for their furniture, but after you purchase, you are on your own.

We were visiting from out of town and dropped into this store on Memorial Day weekend because we were in the market for a rattan furniture set. We spent two to three hours trying out the sofas and loveseats, reviewing fabrics, etc. The sales staff (Michelle) was very helpful but not intrusive. By the time we left, we knew which set we wanted but thought we'd check out a few more stores. When we got back home, and shopped around at other local and online stores, we found that Leader's had the best price on every single item in the set by hundreds of dollars! (I found that other retailers were selling the exact same pieces of furniture but under a different brand name and product line than was listed by Leaders, although the photos of the furniture pieces were identical.) Even after factoring in the (low) shipping costs, we saved thousands of dollars by shopping with Leader's. We sent two separate requests for fabric samples and they were delivered promptly and at no charge. I placed my order online. Everyone with whom we dealt regarding the online order communicated clearly and responded promptly. They even refunded $100 to my credit card because their stores were offering a special during the week that I placed my order. My opinion is that you cannot do better than Leader's Furniture!

We looked and looked for furniture for our lanai and Leaders was the place we should have gone to start with. The choices are amazing from furniture to fabrics. We spent a little more than we originally wanted to, but once we saw the furniture it was more than worth the price. It is well made and will last a life time. I would recommend it to everyone looking for good quality at a fair price. The staff was so helpful when we were making our choices and even moved things around so we could see how they matched. Our furniture arrived on Saturday and it is amazing. By the way we ordered and it was ready within two weeks. So excited to enjoy our new lanai make over.

My experience with Leaders has had some up side and down side. My wife and I purchased an outdoor awning as well as an outdoor lounge set from the Dale Mabry branch. The store was nice and David the sales person was very helpful during our visit. The quoted shipping time on the awning sadly was not the time frame that it ended up requiring in order to receive the item with installation. I did have some communication issues with the store regarding our order and was a little irritated prior to receiving the order. This is actually a revised review as I received a phone call from "Karen" who was very apologetic regarding my experience and seemed to actually care about the service and reputation of her stores. I was honestly a little surprised, but happily surprised because we absolutely love our furniture and the awning is really cool. She explained that the manufacturer had some delays that could not be avoided and that her team should have relayed the information better. I felt after the conversation that I could revisit my original review. My end feeling about the store and experience is this: They have great products and the in store service was great. The communication regarding the order could have been better, however the fact that the Leaders team cares enough about the input of customers to contact them after the job is done to try and examine the issue in order to prevent it in future sales is a good thing and should be practiced by more businesses.

I dealt with David Smith and don't think I could have found anyone more knowledgeable about the complete store. After looking at various places for a new kitchen set, not only did I find a beautiful set at Leader's but David went out of his way to make sure we could look/compare different sets and chair coverings along with matching pieces. My experience there was very satisfying. I purchased the set and a side piece. The furniture was delivered on schedule by a crew that was both proficient polite and neat. I am very pleased with Leader's and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We recently purchased new living room furniture and a couple more pieces for the bedroom. Our experience with the Tampa Store was wonderful. Jason Peterson, salesperson, was extremely helpful but not pushy. His professional demeanor, no doubt, is why he was recently promoted to Store Manager and transferred to Store 15 in Naples, FL. We also dealt with the customer service staff on several occasions regarding ordering of parts; scheduling delivery, and seeking information on our account. Kristin and Stephanie were both very friendly, professional and accommodating, always following up on issues in a timely manner. Our experience could not have been better and we love our new furniture from the Abacos Collection. Thank you!!!!

We just moved into the area and we found Leader's! What a fantastic place. Tracey was so helpful. The delivery of our furniture was quick and efficient. We loved the look and feel of all the products in the store. We will be shopping there for lots of our accessories. Tracey even referred us to a Contractor that is now remodeling our kitchen, family room and replacing the floors! Thank you Leader's you're the best!
